  • Patent number: 11266927
Abstract: Techniques in the disclosure use non-wetting or wetting surfaces to promote or hinder separation of gas from solution in a liquid. The systems and processes promote bubble nucleation and/or promote separation of a gas or gases from a liquid using non-wetting surfaces. Also, the systems and processes suppress bubble nucleation in order to create supersaturated solutions of gas or gases in a liquid by using wetting surfaces.

  • Patent number: 11229592
Abstract: The present invention is in the field of hair treatment compositions; in particular relates to a method for hair volume reduction. Despite the prior art, there still exists the opportunity to increase the conditioning benefits delivered through hair treatment compositions. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a method that retains shape and reduces frizz even after exposure to humidity and washing the hair. It has been found that reduced hair frizz and hair shape retention even after exposure to moisture can be obtained by using N-formyl amino acids.

  • Publication number: 20220021770
Abstract: The disclosed system identifies and resolves telecommunication network problems and/or problems with devices utilizing the network. The system segments the user devices into groups having similar characteristics, by grouping together devices more likely to leave the network, and devices less likely to leave the network. Each group of devices has a trained machine learning model, to predict the NEX score for each device. The system focuses on devices with a low NEX score. The system determines whether the problem is with the network and/or the problem is with the device. The system gathers information from network monitoring software and determine which tower caused, for example, the call to drop. The system determines technological capability of the device from the device TAC number. The system suggests solutions to the network problems by suggesting adding a sector, tuning an antenna, etc., or if the device has problems, adjusting phone settings.

  • Publication number: 20220008976
Abstract: The prediction system of strip chew collects and stores first data and second data as adaptive model construction data. The first data indicates the occurrence or non-occurrence of the strip chew in an object rolling path and the occurrence point of the strip chew. The second data includes information on a preceding rolling path and attribute information on an object strip. The system constructs an adaptive model using the stored adaptive model construction data, and stores the constructed adaptive model as an adapted model. The system collects prediction data similar to the second data. Then, the system inputs the prediction data to the adapted model to predict the occurrence or non-occurrence of the strip chew in the object rolling path and all or some of the occurrence points of the strip chew before the prediction object strip reaches the object rolling path.

  • Patent number: 11146978
Abstract: An analyzer configured to monitor a radio access network (RAN) of a cellular network is provided. The RAN includes multiple clusters that each includes multiple sites and multiple cells. The analyzer receives a multiple key performance indicator (KPI) measurements from the multiple clusters. Each KPI measurements generated for one of several KPI types. The analyzer receives information identifying anomalous KPI measurements in the received KPI measurements. For a cluster of the RAN, the analyzer identifies one or more common anomalous KPI types that satisfy a ubiquity criterion. The analyzer ranks the identified common anomalous KPI types for the cluster based on an anomaly metric that is derived from the anomalous KPI measurements generated for each identified common anomalous KPI type. The analyzer outputs a list of common anomalous KPI types for the cluster based on the ranking.

  • Patent number: 11137323
Abstract: A method and system for detecting anomalies in waveforms in an industrial plant. During a learning stage, one or more training waveforms are received from sensors monitoring a plurality of equipment in the industrial plant. The one or more training waveforms are used to generate a representative waveform and deviations of the one or more training waveforms from the representative waveform are determined. Based on the deviations, groups are created. A model may be associated with each group for building an expected waveform pattern. When test waveforms are received, based on the electrical and physical properties of the test waveforms, each test waveform is classified into one of the groups. Thereafter, each waveform is compared with the expected waveform pattern associated with the group to which the respective test waveform belongs, to detect the anomaly.
