  • Publication number: 20110154119
Abstract: A device detects and diagnoses correlated anomalies of a network. The device includes an anomaly detection module receiving a first data stream including an event-series related to the network. The anomaly detection module executes at least one algorithm to detect a potential anomaly in the event-series. The device further includes a correlating module receiving a second data stream including other event-series related to the network. The correlating module determines whether the potential anomaly is false and determines whether the potential anomaly is a true anomaly.

  • Patent number: 7581143
Abstract: A peripheral component interconnect (PCI) bus test system and method therefor, that is applied in a PCI test card. The PCI test card includes a static random-access-memory (SRAM). In the method, the data transaction of the PCI bus signal is disintegrated into a separate data operation, while eliminating the waveform interfering transaction. Through comparing the waveform of the data operation as separated from a PCI bus signal with the standard PCI bus waveform, the quality of the PCI bus signals can be precisely analyzed, thus realizing the hardware test of PCI bus.

  • Publication number: 20090117108
Abstract: The invention is related to a recombinant single-chain tri-specific antibody made from anti-Tumor Associated Antigen (TAA) antibody, FC interlinker, anti-CD3 antibody, HSA interlinker and anti-CD28 antibody in turn. Particularly, the invention relates to an anti-CEA, anti-CD3, anti-CD28 recombinant single-chain tri-specific antibody, CEA-scTsAb, which was constructed with three tandem antibody fragments (anti-CEA scFv, anti-CD3 scFv and anti-CD28 single-domain antibody) linked by two interlinkers (FC interlinker, HSA interlinker), and could be appended by C myc tag or histidine tag ((His)6-tag) at the C terminal. It also concerns a method for construction, expression and purification of the antibody. It also offers the encoded DNA sequence of the antibody, expression vectors and host cells for the vectors.

  • Publication number: 20090083486
Abstract: A testing device and method of card reading interface are applied to a card reading interface including a plurality of memory cards, and are used to integrate memory card interfaces in a memory card slot. The testing device includes memory cards, a switching unit, a connecting part, and a connecting circuit. Wherein, the switching unit receives a switching instruction and selects a corresponding memory card according to the switching instruction. The connecting part is electrically connected between the memory card slot and the switching unit. The connecting circuit is connected between the switching unit and the memory cards, and transmits detection data to the laptop computer. The laptop computer checks the detection data before testing and after testing. Thus, the device and method thereof can detects function normally or not on the memory card slot, and reduces the plugging times from the memory card slot.

  • Patent number: 7254209
Abstract: A computed tomography (CT) reconstruction method includes implementing an iterative image reconstruction process for CT metrology of an object, wherein the iterative reconstruction process utilizes accurate forward projection. During each of a plurality of iterations, a reconstructed image is constrained by utilizing prior outer edge information obtained from a modality in addition to CT, and then transformed to a projection domain so as to generate a calculated sinogram. A correction image is determined based on the calculated sinogram and a measured sinogram.

  • Patent number: 6937689
Abstract: A method for imaging an object that includes utilizing a computed tomography imaging apparatus having a distributed x-ray source to acquire samples of projection data of an object in angular and temporal space utilizing a predetermined sampling lattice. Acquired projection data is filtered utilizing a two-dimensional linear filter to produce filtered data, and the filtered data is then backprojected to obtain a reconstructed image of the object.

  • Patent number: 6743242
Abstract: A dual-use suturing device for suturing a wound induced from a celioscope surgery is formed by a needle positioning seat, an auxiliary positioning device, and an upper cover buckled to the needle positioning seat. The positioning pieces at the top of the auxiliary positioning device are buckled to the embedding groove at a lower end of the needle positioning seat. The guide holes of the needle positioning seat have a tapered inner surface. Hollowed portions of the guide trenches provide clamping spaces at two sides of the auxiliary positioning device. Then two clean auxiliary positioning devices are used to clamp the wire needle and hooked needle so that the hand of the doctor can pinch the needles. The non-hollowed portions at the upper side of the guide trenches of the auxiliary positioning device are exactly formed as resisting portions for resisting against the needles.

  • Patent number: 6689088
Abstract: An irrigator used in a celioscope surgery comprises a main casing, a water pumping stud and a water control stud which are engaged with the main casing. An interior of the main casing has a pumping opening and a suction opening, and a water outlet channel and a pumping flow channel which are vertical to the pumping opening and suction opening. Thereby, the water outlet channel and pumping flow channel are at an upper portion of the main casing. Thereby, dirty water accumulated in the affected part can be pumped out from a water outlet tube through the pumping flow channel. Since the water is pumped out along a straight way, it is prevented that dirty water is left in some bending portions. Therefore, dirty water can be pumped out completely. Furthermore, users may hold it by any hand conveniently.
