    Abstract: Disclosed is a joint recommendation and cache optimization method based on a collaboration of multiple base stations, each base station in a target area randomly caching contents stored to the cloud, when each base station in the target area receives a to-be-responded content request, constructing the recommendation optimization sub-model, the access optimization sub-model and the cache optimization sub-model, then constructing and solving the optimization problem to obtain the target base station, optimal cached contents and the recommendation list that correspond to the to-be-responded content request. Through the technical solution of the present application, the total time delay of the system is minimized, and by jointly optimizing the recommendation decision, access decision and cache decision, the delay can be significantly reduced with a lower cache capacity, and more efficient for users, good experience.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a multi-task joint computing unloading and resource allocation method based on D2D (Device-to-Device) communication. For solving the problems that computing resources of a local terminal cannot complete all computing tasks on time when there are multiple computing tasks with delay requirements on a local terminal, the method introduces a computing unloading mechanism to reduce the delay and the overhead of the local terminal itself. The method is based on a D2D communication technology. In the scenario where mobile terminals are densely distributed, the local terminal can unload the computing tasks at the same time to several surrounding idle terminals for processing. According to the method, a total overhead objective function is established in consideration of the task delay, energy consumption, and unloading fee.

    Abstract: Metal object detection may be performed in a wireless power system by monitoring the 5th or other order harmonic current of a dual-frequency power transmitter driven by a voltage-fed inverter with square-wave output. While power transfer is maintained by tuning at the fundamental frequency, the transmitter circuit is tuned simultaneously at the 5th order frequency or other harmonic frequencies to increase or decrease the flow of the harmonic current for when a metal object is present. The receiver circuit may include a notch filter to filter out the 5th order frequency. With the dual-frequency tuning configuration, the presence of a metal object causes a significant drop of the increase in the harmonic current at the transmitter side while the receiver behaves as an open circuit with no effect on power transfer. The harmonic tuning circuit may be switched off as necessary to leave only the fundamental frequency for power transfer.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a dual-robot position/force multivariate-data-driven method using reinforcement learning. A master robot adopts an ideal position meta-control strategy, learns a desired position by a reinforcement learning algorithm, and feeds back an actual position to a desired position, and a goal is to generate an optimal force while the robot interacts with the environment, as to minimize a position error; and a slave robot, based on a force meta-control strategy of position deviation of the master robot, adopts a damping proportional-derivative (PD) control strategy suitable for an unknown environment, and learns a desired acting force by the reinforcement learning algorithm, namely a minimum force for driving the slave robot to approach a desired reference point. The present invention may improve the dexterity of dual-robot collaboration, solve a parameter optimization problem in position/force control.

The durations of the charging phase and the discharging phase are designed such that the capacitor voltage stays above a minimum supply voltage of the electrical load.
