Abstract: This disclosure provides improved RNA molecules, including mRNA molecules that can be produced by in vitro transcription and are suitable for in vivo transfection using an appropriate delivery vehicle, such as a lipid nanoparticle (LNP) or targeted lipid nanoparticle (tLNP). The improved RNA include particular combinations of 5? untranslated region (UTR) and 3? UTR, particular 3? UTRs, or particular open reading frame sequences. Also provided herein are compositions of the LNP, or tLNP with an antibody as a targeting moiety, such as anti-CD8 antibodies that are used as targeting moiety.

Abstract: Provided is a gene target region enrichment method and a kit. The method comprises (1) amplifying fragmented DNA comprising a target region by means of a specific probe so as to obtain a captured-extension product, wherein the specific probe comprises a sequence complementary to the target region of the fragmented DNA, and the 3? terminal nucleotide of the specific probe is modified to prevent a ligation reaction at the 3? terminal of the specific probe; and (2) linking the 3? terminal of the captured-extension product obtained in step (1) to linker DNA to obtain a ligation product.

Abstract: Systems and methods for handling a wireless device in a Configuration Management (CM)-Connected state with Radio Resource Control (RRC) Inactive state are provided. In some embodiments, a method for performing a mobility transfer from a Fifth Generation network to an Evolved Packet System (EPS) network includes a 5G network node: receiving, from an EPS network node, a context request for context associated with a User Equipment (UE); determining data forwarding information associated with the UE; and sending, to the EPS network node, a context response comprising context information associated with the UE and data forwarding information associated with the UE. In this way, packet losses will be minimized leading to improved end user performance.

Abstract: A method of interpreting a digit-to-digit gesture based on roll values for a wrist-wearable device is disclosed. The method includes, receiving an indication at a first point in time that a user donning the wrist-wearable device is providing a digit-to-digit gesture in which one of the user's digits touches another of the user's digits without contacting the display of the wearable device. The method further includes, in accordance with a determination that the digit-to-digit gesture is provided while data indicates that the wrist-wearable device has a first roll value, causing a target device in communication with the wearable device to perform a first input command and receiving another indication at a second point in time that is after the first point in time that the user is providing the digit-to-digit gesture again, causing the target device to perform a second input command that is distinct from the first input command.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for configuring QoS in a communication network. A method performed by a first network node in a first communication network, includes transmitting, to a second network node in a second communication network, a first message including quality of service (QoS) constraints configured for the first communication network; receiving, from the second network node, a second message including a first QoS configuration, wherein the first QoS configuration includes at least one QoS parameter authorized in the second communication network; and enforcing a second QoS configuration in the first communication network, wherein the second QoS configuration is based on the first QoS configuration and/or the QoS constraints. The QoS constraints and previously authorized QoS configuration can be exchanged between different network nodes, even different networks. Therefore, the service quality and/or continuity related to QoS configuration may be ensured.

The compound vibration device comprises a vibration conductive plate and a vibration board, the vibration conductive plate is set to be the first torus, where at least two first rods inside it converge to its center; the vibration board is set as the second torus, where at least two second rods inside it converge to its center. The vibration conductive plate is fixed with the vibration board; the first torus is fixed on a magnetic system, and the second torus comprises a fixed voice coil, which is driven by the magnetic system. The bone conduction speaker in the present invention and its compound vibration device adopt the fixed vibration conductive plate and vibration board, making the technique simpler with a lower cost; because the two adjustable parts in the compound vibration device can adjust both low frequency and high frequency area, the frequency response obtained is flatter and the sound is broader.

Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a method of an endpoint of a user plane path between an access network and a core network in a telecommunication network, comprising: detecting whether a failure exists on the user plane path or not; and notifying a node in the core network of the failure in order for the node to handle the failure, upon detecting the failure. With this method, the failure can be handled timely, thus minimizing the service interruption.
