    Abstract: A keyboard device includes a membrane circuit board and a key structure over the membrane circuit board. The key structure includes a keycap, a plunger structure, a key pedestal and an elastic element. The plunger structure is arranged between the keycap and the elastic element. At least a portion of the keycap is disposed within a pedestal dust-storage chamber of the key pedestal. At least a portion of the plunger structure is disposed within a guiding chamber of the key pedestal. Due to the relative location between the keycap, the plunger structure and the key pedestal, the path of the dust to enter the guiding chamber is extended or blocked. Consequently, the dust-proof efficacy is enhanced.

    Abstract: Provided is an assembly structure of sun gear shaft and spline shaft of a gearbox for wind turbine. The assembly structure relates to the technical field of gearboxes for wind turbine and includes a sun gear shaft, a spline shaft, a mechanical pump drive gear, and a distance ring. The spline shaft is a hollow shaft. One end of the sun gear shaft is inserted into the spline shaft. The one end of the sun gear shaft inserted into the spline shaft is connected to the spline shaft through a spline pair. The mechanical pump drive gear is mounted at one end of the spline shaft. The inner diameter of the mechanical pump drive gear is less than the inner diameter of the spline shaft. The distance ring is disposed in the spline shaft. One end of the distance ring abuts against the inner side of the mechanical pump drive gear and is securely connected to the mechanical pump drive gear. Another end of the distance ring is spaced from the one end of the sun gear shaft in the spline shaft.

The preparation method of the coating includes: cleaning a substrate and targets under an inert gas; and under a mixed atmosphere of nitrogen and the inert gas, depositing, with a high-purity W target, a high-purity Cr target and a precious metal inserted Cr target, a Cr intermediate layer, a nitride layer and nano precious metal particles on a surface of the substrate. The coating has good oxidation resistance and excellent anti-adhesion property. Moreover, the coating effectively inhibits the adhesion between the glass body and the mold.

The requirement of high air tightness for vacuum tank is reduced, and aluminum alloy casting with high quality can be obtained at lower cost.
