The method is performed by a control plane function entity and includes: obtaining a correspondence between address information of a user plane function entity and a user plane capability supported by the user plane function entity; receiving a request message from an application server, where the request message is used to request to establish a session for a first service and includes service information of the first service, and the service information includes at least one of broadcast area information and service type information; determining address information of a target user plane function entity based on the correspondence and the service information; and establishing a session connection to the target user plane function entity based on the address information.

Abstract: A battery pack, detachably connected to an external device for charging or discharging, includes a battery set, a control module, a first signal terminal, and a second signal terminal. The first signal terminal and the second signal terminal are connected to the control module and the external device, the control module detects at least one operating parameter of the battery set, and generates a state parameter related to the operating parameter according to the operating parameter, the control module send the state parameter to the outside by using the first signal terminal, and the control module sends that state parameter to the outside by using the second signal terminal. The battery pack transmits data to the outside by using two communication channels, to doubly ensure communication, thereby preventing any abnormal communication channel from causing damage to the use of the battery pack, and improving the use security.

Abstract: This application relates to the technical field of electric tools, and particularly discloses a data transmission system, a power supply apparatus and an external device. The system includes a battery pack and an external device. A first level shifter module in the battery pack carries out data transmission with a first processing module at a first transmission voltage, and a second level shifter module in the external device carries out data transmission with a second processing module at a second transmission voltage. The first level shifter module and the second level shifter module transmit data at a preset voltage. The preset voltage is greater than the first transmission voltage and the second transmission voltage.

The battery pack further includes a state indication terminal, which is connected to the control module and the external device, and the control module detects at least one operating parameter of the battery, and generates a state parameter related to the operating parameter according to the operating parameter. The control module sends the state parameter to the outside by using the communication terminal, and the control module sends an abnormality signal to the outside by using both of the communication terminal and the state indication terminal.

Abstract: A positioning method, a user equipment and a network device provided by the present disclosure realize positioning of the user equipment by combining proximity based services, where the network device receives a location service request for a target UE; if it is determined that the target UE supports a proximity assisted positioning function and the network device determines to trigger an assisted positioning process for the target UE, the network device obtains self-positioning information of the target UE and assisted positioning information, and performs positioning processing on the target UE according to the self-positioning information of the target UE and the assisted positioning information to obtain a positioning result, where the assisted positioning information is information obtained by a proximal UE performing assisted positioning measurement on the target UE.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a first relay node discovery method and apparatus, and a storage medium. On a second relay node side, the method includes: receiving a first message, which carries an identifier of a target service; and broadcasting the first message. The first message is used to inform a second relay node to assist in discovering a first relay node capable of accessing the target service. Therefore, based on the second relay node, a remote terminal can discover the first relay node that is far away from the remote terminal through a multi-hop mode, which solves the problem that it is difficult for the remote terminal to discover the first relay node caused by the relatively long distance between the remote terminal and the first relay node.

A user equipment (UE) may communicate with a base station according to a first radio access technology (RAT) in a first frequency range. The UE may perform measurements on a set of candidate cells of a second RAT or a second frequency range based on a determination for the UE to operate according to the second RAT or the second frequency range. The UE may perform a mobility procedure to establish a connection with a first cell of the set of candidate cells based on a determination that a first value of a first measurement parameter for the first cell satisfies a first threshold, and further based on a comparison of a different, second value of a second measurement parameter for the first cell to a second threshold.
