In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine that one or more threshold criteria are satisfied, wherein the one or more threshold criteria include at least one of a first value for an uplink grant rate, a second value for a buffer size, or a third value for a packet data convergence protocol discard rate, wherein the one or more threshold criteria relate to a network condition with less than a reference uplink throughput and greater than a reference downlink throughput. The UE may transmit information identifying one or more adjusted measurement values based at least in part on the determination of the one or more threshold criteria. The measurement apparatus includes a test signal generation unit configured to generate a voltage test signal and two-circuit current test signals, output the voltage test signal to a measurement unit, and output the two-circuit current test signals to the measurement unit and a current summation unit; the measurement unit configured to determine two-circuit electric energy values based on the voltage test signal and the two-circuit current test signals, and output the two-circuit electric energy values to a calculation control unit; the current summation unit configured to determine a combined current signal based on the two-circuit current test signals; and the calculation control unit configured to determine a total electric energy value based on the two-circuit electric energy values. The method is performed by a control plane function entity and includes: obtaining a correspondence between address information of a user plane function entity and a user plane capability supported by the user plane function entity; receiving a request message from an application server, where the request message is used to request to establish a session for a first service and includes service information of the first service, and the service information includes at least one of broadcast area information and service type information; determining address information of a target user plane function entity based on the correspondence and the service information; and establishing a session connection to the target user plane function entity based on the address information.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicate with a base station according to a first radio access technology (RAT) in a first frequency range. The UE may perform measurements on a set of candidate cells of a second RAT or a second frequency range based on a determination for the UE to operate according to the second RAT or the second frequency range. The UE may perform a mobility procedure to establish a connection with a first cell of the set of candidate cells based on a determination that a first value of a first measurement parameter for the first cell satisfies a first threshold, and further based on a comparison of a different, second value of a second measurement parameter for the first cell to a second threshold.

A specific embodiment of the method comprises: in a multimedia conference interface, switching a display state of a real-time multimedia stream presentation area, wherein the display state includes an unfolded state and a folded state, the unfolded state including the parallel presentation of the real-time multimedia stream presentation area and a shared content area, and the folded state including the folding of the real-time multimedia stream presentation area. Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a coverage enhancement (CE) function implementation method and a device. The method may include obtaining, by a first radio access network node, CE authorization information of a terminal. The CE authorization information may include at least one of the following: CE indication information and an authorized CE level range. Further, the method may include determining, by the first radio access network node based on the CE authorization information, whether a CE level of the terminal meets an authorization requirement, and controlling, based on an authorization result, use of a CE function by the terminal. It can be learned that, not all terminals can use the CE function, but only an authorized terminal can use the CE function, to ensure that the terminal can use the CE function properly within an authorized range and to improve radio channel resource use efficiency.
