    Abstract: Systems and methods for scanning signatures in a string field. In one implementation, the invention provides a method for signature scanning. The method includes receiving a particular string field, scanning the particular string field for a plurality of signatures using a larger scan step size, scanning the particular string field for the remaining signatures that are shorter than what can be scanned by the larger scan step size separately either using the same scanning method but a smaller scan step size or using a different scan method and the same or a smaller scan step size, and outputting any identified signatures in the particular string field.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a Pickering emulsion using a peanut protein isolate includes preparing a peanut protein isolate dispersion liquid from a peanut protein isolate solution as a raw material; preparing a mixed dispersion of protein and polysaccharide using a polysaccharide solution and the peanut protein isolate dispersion; adding transglutaminase to the mixed dispersion of protein and polysaccharide, preparing a monolithic gel by cross-linking reaction; preparing a microgel particle dispersion by using the monolithic gel as a raw material; and further adding the microgel particle dispersion to an edible oil to obtain a Pickering emulsion. During the preparation process, no inorganic material is added, and the obtained Pickering emulsion has good biosafety and strong biocompatibility. The prepared Pickering emulsion can keep stable at room temperature for 30 days or more, and can be used as a delivery system for fat-soluble and photosensitive active substances.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and an apparatus for acquiring motion information. A frequency domain transformation is performed on a detection signal of a vibration propagating in a medium to obtain a frequency domain signal, then a signal that is outside of a defined vibration velocity range is removed from the frequency domain signal, that is, only a vibration signal is retained, and then a position-time diagram is obtained along a defined vibration propagation direction. It is not necessary to perform motion estimation on propagation of the vibration by a complicated calculation, and it is only necessary to determine the presence or absence of the vibration by processing in the frequency domain, and then the position-time diagram is obtained, which is a highly efficient method for acquiring motion information.
