  • Patent number: 10677344
Abstract: A rotary shifter having a housing with a bezel cover. An auto return to park mechanism is provided and includes a knob supported upon the bezel cover. A rotary disk stopper is secured to the knob and seated within the housing, a spring rotationally biasing the end stopper relative to the housing. A solenoid is supported within the housing and engages the stopper in a first condition limiting the knob to manual rotary shifting between Park, Reverse, Neutral and Drive gear shift positions. A PCB board is integrated into the housing and communicable with at least one external sensor associated with a driver exit condition. Upon a triggering of the exit condition with the shifter in other than a Park position, the solenoid is energized to disengage the end stopper in a second release condition permitting the spring to reset the stopper and knob to the Park position.

  • Patent number: 10678226
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing efficient modeling and measurement of critical dimensions and/or overlay registrations of wafers are disclosed. Efficiency is improved in both spectral dimension and temporal dimension. In the spectral dimension, efficiency can be improved by allowing different numerical aperture (NA) models to be used for different wavelengths in electromagnetic calculations, effectively providing a balance between computation speed and accuracy. In the temporal dimension, different NA models may be used at different iterations/stages in the process, effectively improving the computation speed without sacrificing the quality of the final result.

  • Publication number: 20200150013
Abstract: A method for quantifying viscoelasticity of a medium includes: obtaining a position-time graph of vibration propagation after the medium is subjected to a vibration excitation, determining an angle with maximum signal energy in the position-time graph by using angle projection, where the angle with the maximum signal energy corresponds to a slope of the position-time graph and the slope of the position-time graph is the propagation velocity of the vibration in the medium. Since the propagation velocity of the vibration in the medium is related to the viscoelasticity of the medium, a viscoelasticity parameter of the medium can be quantitatively calculated after the slope of the position-time graph is obtained. The method does not need to select a feature point from the position-time graph to calculate the slope of the position-time graph, and can efficiently and accurately quantifies viscoelasticity of the medium.
