    Abstract: This invention provides low dust low density gypsum wallboard products having high total core void volumes, corresponding to low densities in the range of about 10 to 30 pcf. The wallboards have a set gypsum core formed between two substantially parallel cover sheets, the set gypsum core preferably having a total void volume from about 80% to about 92%, and made from a slurry including stucco, pregelatinized starch, and a naphthalenesulfonate dispersant. The combination of the pregelatinized starch and the naphthalenesulfonate dispersant also provides a glue-like effect in binding the set gypsum crystals together. The wallboard formulation, along with small air bubble voids (and water voids) provides dust control during cutting, sawing, routing, snapping, nailing or screwing down, or drilling of the gypsum-containing products.

The liquid crystal layer includes a plurality of liquid crystal molecules. A horizontal electric field is formed in a portion of the liquid crystal layer corresponding to the first display area. A vertical electric field is formed in the other portion of the liquid crystal layer corresponding to the second display area. When the display panel is powered on, a portion of the liquid crystal molecules in one of the horizontal electric field and the vertical electric field are rotated, and the other portion of liquid crystal molecules in the other one of the horizontal electric field and the vertical electric field are rotated.

The dust prevention and heat dissipation module has a leading-in air channel in communication with the air inlet of the housing, a leading-out air channel in communication with the air outlet of the housing, a filtering device at an inlet of the leading-in air channel and an outlet of the leading-out air channel, and a fan which circulate the air via the leading-in air channel and the leading-out air channel. The air flow caused by the fan realizes heat dissipation of the color wheel, and the filtering device filters the air flowing through the color wheel housing, thereby reducing the amount of dust adhered to the surface of the color wheel.

    Abstract: A system and kit for dissipating heat generated by a motor assembly and methods for manufacturing and using same. The motor assembly includes a housing that defines an internal chamber. The internal chamber communicates with an air inlet and an air outlet each being formed in the housing, and can at least partially receive motor inner workings. A pump assembly can be included in the internal chamber for generating an air flow during operation of the motor assembly. The pump assembly can draw air into the internal chamber via the air inlet, generating an air flow within the internal chamber. The air drawn into the internal chamber is applied to the motor inner workings, and the air heated by the motor inner workings is expelled from the internal chamber via the air outlet. Thereby, the air flow advantageously can cool the motor assembly as the air traverses the internal chamber.
