    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a wet etching machine and an etching method. The wet etching machine including an etching chamber in which at least two etching layers are disposed. The etching layers are successively overlapped with each other from up to down, and each etching layer includes a first transfer carrier for receiving and transferring a substrate to be etched and a spraying apparatus disposed right above the first transfer carrier for spraying etching solution. When the total etching time is needed to be longer than the transfer time of the substrate without stopping the substrate, the present disclosure can solve the problems in the prior art of causing the takt time decreased due to the stopping time of the substrate is required to be increased or causing the area of the facility increased due to the number of the etching chambers connected in series is required to be increased.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a ducted bidirectional tidal current power station system, mainly consisting of a bidirectional tidal current power generation device, a dam, an open sea, an inland sea, a duct, and an opening/closing gate. The bidirectional tidal current power generation device is installed in the duct on the bottom of the dam. Openings, respectively communicated with the open sea and the inland sea, are formed at two ends of the duct, and an opening/closing gate is arranged at each of the two openings. By the ducted bidirectional tidal current power station system of the present invention, the cost of marine construction, operation and maintenance of the tidal current power generation device in an open sea area is saved, and the complex structure of the power generation device in the tidal power station and the cost of strict construction of auxiliary devices and runners are avoided.

    Abstract: A device and a method for detecting main acoustic indexes of multi-beam sonar pertaining to the field of hydrographic surveying and charting technology. The device includes a rotating device and a lifting gear installed in an anechoic tank. The bottom of the rotating device is equipped with a multi-beam sonar that has its rotating plane perpendicular to the direction of track line and transmits signals along the horizontal direction. A standard hydrophone is equipped at the bottom of the lifting gear, and is connected with a signal collector. The device utilizes the standard hydrophone to receive the pulse signals transmitted by the multi-beam sonar and employs the multi-beam sonar to receive the standard sound source signals, designs the detection process for data collection for analysis and research, thereby achieving the detection of the frequency, source level and beam angle of multi-beam sonar.
