The method is applied to a terminal and comprises: when a time domain resource of a PUCCH carrying a first UCI overlaps with time domain resources of multiple PUSCHs and when the multiple PUSCHs comprise a PUSCH carrying a second UCI, preferentially selecting a PUSCH that does not carry the second UCI from the multiple PUSCHs, and transmitting the first UCI on the selected PUSCH that does not carry the second UCI; or selecting a target PUSCH used for carrying the first UCI from the multiple PUSCHs, and determining a corresponding UCI transmission mode according to UCI information carried by the target PUSCH.
