The method comprises: before transmitting each candidate resource as configured in resources, a terminal performs LBT detection according to configuration information of a transmission resource for transmitting PRACH signals until a current channel is detected to be idle; and after detecting that the current channel is idle, the terminal transmits a PRACH signal on the corresponding candidate resource.
