Abstract: A computer-implemented method for data augmentation is provided according an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the method, a first feature vector for input data may be obtained based on a first model. The input data may be clustered to a plurality of clusters. For each of the clusters, a second feature vector may be obtained based on the first model. Then, a similarity between the first feature vector and the second feature vector may be estimated for each of the clusters. At least one cluster of the plurality of clusters for which the similarity is lower than a threshold may be determined. Moreover, data augmentation may be performed to the at least one cluster.

Abstract: A multi-plane cortical bone screw includes a screw tail and a ball screw. A ball head portion is arranged at one end of the ball screw, and a thread portion is arranged at the other end thereof. The ball head portion and the screw tail are in universal connection, so that the ball screw can rotate along a conical surface relative to the screw tail. A lower end face of the screw tail close to the ball head portion is relatively rotatably connected with a side face of the screw tail. The present disclosure further discloses a bone positioning device, which includes a plurality of connection rods and a plurality of the multi-plane cortical bone screws. The screw tails are arranged in a spatial three-dimensional radial manner along side edges of a multi-edge platform, and the connection rods used for positioning a bone are connected between the screw tails.

Abstract: A multi-plane cortical bone screw includes a screw tail and a ball screw. A ball head portion is arranged at one end of the ball screw, and a thread portion is arranged at the other end thereof. The pad includes a first component and a second component which has the same or different radius and shape as or from the radius and shape of the first component; the first component is movably connected with the second component; and the shape of the connected first component and second component is matched with a defective part of the acetabular bone.

The elastic member includes a connecting portion and an elastic portion. The connecting portion is fixedly coupled to the pressing member and partially extends beyond an edge of the pressing portion. The clamping device includes a base plate and at least one press block which is configured to be arranged on the base plate and is free to move up or down by gravity relative to the base plate. When the gravitational orientation of the clamping device is correct, the press block moves down relative to the base plate and so presses on the solderable part during soldering.

The products are categorized based on product attributes and sale attributes to obtain multiple product categories. The products under the same product category have same or substantially similar product attributes and sale attributes. One or more calculation algorithms may be applied to the products under each category respectively to calculate price information that corresponds to each product category. The price information refers to price information of the products under their corresponding sale attributes. The price information of the corresponding product category is displayed when a product keyword corresponding to the product category is received. The method and device described herein may improve the operation speed and performance of servers for the online transaction platform.
