    Abstract: A system and method that include receiving a well plan and determining a plurality of sections of the well plan and receiving data from surface and downhole to determine a current location of a drill bit. The system and method also include analyzing the well plan to automatically derive trajectory constraints that are associated with each of the plurality of sections of the well plan. The system and method additionally include determining a plurality of trajectory candidates that pertain to respective paths from the current location of a drill bit to respective targets included within each of the plurality of sections of the well plan based on a consideration of the trajectory constraints. The system and method further include determining a working plan that includes an optimal path from the current location of the drill bit to reach a final target based on the plurality of trajectory candidates.

Through a combination of skin detection and LUV color space conversion, rPPG raw signal extraction is achieved, effectively eliminating interference from internal and external environmental facial noise; Subsequently, an adaptive multi-stage filtering process enhances the signal-to-noise ratio, and a multi-dimensional fusion CNN model ensures accurate detection of respiration and heart rate.

The polydopamine film is loaded with silver sulfadiazine, and the preparation method achieves in-situ synthesis of si sulfadiazine on a conventional polydopamine film by microwave irradiation. In the method, the sulfadiazine is not dissolved in conventional aqueous ammonia, which has the following advantages: firstly, preventing the polydopamine film from being corroded by the aqueous ammonia; secondly, protecting mucosa such as eyes and nasal cavities of workers from stimulation and corrosion of the aqueous ammonia; and thirdly, avoiding the environmental problem caused by pungent odor and fumes emitted from high-concentration aqueous ammonia. In the method, without using the catalyst trifluoromethanesulfonic acid or trifluoromethanesulfonic salt, not only is the loading of silver sulfadiazine increased, but also the safely performance can be further improved.

A topological representation of the connected paths is created and managed. The topological representation may be generated as a pre-computed database of space information that represents the locations of existing wells and accounts for restrictions such as anti-collision and the parameters, including geological and drilling equipment parameters. Using such a representation, the design of a wellbore path may be completed quickly and more efficiently. The topology may represent all connected space for a section of the subsurface. This topological representation may be used to evaluate all possible paths from the starting point (surface location, tie-in point for a sidetrack, tie-in point for replanning, etc.) to the target and enable selecting the path that meets the conditions and is optimized for the existing constraints.

Embodiments of the present disclosure receive an image comprising a first region that includes content and a second region to be inpainted. Noise is then added to the image to obtain a noisy image, and a plurality of intermediate output images are generated based on the noisy image using a diffusion model trained using a perceptual loss. The intermediate output images predict a final output image based on a corresponding intermediate noise level of the diffusion model. The diffusion model then generates the final output image based on the intermediate output image. The final output image includes inpainted content in the second region that is consistent with the content in the first region.
