    Abstract: A backlight module includes a light guide plate having a bottom surface, a light exit surface, and a light incident surface a substrate located on a side of the bottom surface away from the light exit surface; first light-emitting devices located on a side of the substrate proximate to the bottom surface second light-emitting devices disposed opposite to the light incident surface; and a prism sheet located on a side of the light guide plate away from the substrate. The first light-emitting devices are configured to emit first light, so that the first light passes through the light guide plate and the prism sheet to become light of a first viewing angle.     Abstract: Disclosed is a method for gene expression by transient transformation of a wild rice seed using Agrobacterium. The method includes the following steps: subjecting a wild rice seed to induction culture and subculture in sequence, and selecting a resulting callus with a dense structure to allow pre-culture to obtain a pre-cultured callus; transforming a 1305Ubi-Ubi-GFP-H plasmid carrying a green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene into an Agrobacterium strain EHA105 or LBA4404 to obtain a positive Agrobacterium strain; subjecting the positive Agrobacterium strain to culture to obtain a bacterial suspension with an optical density (OD) value of 0.02 to 0.5 at a wavelength of 600 nm to obtain an infection bacterial solution; and infecting the pre-cultured callus with the infection bacterial solution to allow co-culture and recovery culture in sequence; observing an infection status of a recovered callus under a stereo fluorescence microscope, and calculating a transient expression rate.

The molecular marker related to the maize dwarf is caused by a non-synonymous mutation from G to A in a maize gene Zm00001d013465, and the molecular marker is a nucleotide sequence composed of the non-synonymous mutation site and its upstream and downstream bases. The present application identifies a dwarf mutant, coded as E5779, from an EMS mutation population with maize B73 as the genetic background. By genome resequencing and Mutmap mapping, it is found that the mutant is caused by the non-synonymous mutation from G to A in the gene Zm00001d013465. The molecular marker is developed based on this, and the analysis and utilization of E5779 are helpful to improve the maize plant height and density-tolerant breeding, it has an important breeding application potential.
