Abstract: A culture medium for hepatoma organoid culture, comprising an MST1/2 kinase inhibitor, at least one cell culture additive selected from N2 and B27, a hepatocyte growth factor, an ITS cell culture additive, Y27632, dexamethasone, Neuregulin-1, insulin, an epidermal cell growth factor, GlutaMAX, and non-essential amino acids. The application further relates to a hepatoma organoid culture method and an application thereof. By using the culture medium for hepatoma organoid, effective and rapid expansion of the hepatoma organoid can be achieved, and the organoid obtained by such expansion maintains the pathological characteristics of a patient, improves the culture success rate and the expansion rate of the hepatoma organoid, and provides a research basis for individualized treatment of the patient.

The culture medium for human primary acute myeloid leukemia cells contains a glutamine additive, non-essential amino acids, human interleukin-6, human interleukin-7, human interleukin-3, recombinant human FLT3 Ligand, a recombinant human macrophage colony stimulating factor and a human stem cell factor. Acute myeloid leukemia cells can be cultured with higher amplification efficiency and longer in-vitro culture time by using the culture medium and culture method. Also provided are human primary acute myeloid leukemia cells cultured in vitro by using the culture medium, and the use thereof for curative effect evaluation and screening of drugs.

Abstract: A welding method for manufacturing a heat sink has the following steps in sequence: removing rust from a first workpiece and a second workpiece, degreasing the first workpiece and the second workpiece, increasing surface roughness of the first workpiece and the second workpiece, performing a copper supersonic cold spray step to the first workpiece and the second workpiece, and then combining the first workpiece and the second workpiece via welding. With the copper supersonic cold spray step and the surface treatment steps before the copper supersonic cold spray step (i.e. rust removal and degreasing, and surface roughness increasing), the solder can be attached to the workpiece tightly in the combining via welding. Thus, the welded workpieces are combined firmly and not be separated easily. If a heat sink component is made through welding workpieces in the welding method, the heat sink component has higher strength and cannot be destroyed easily.

Abstract: A set of tensor-product B-Spline (TPB) basis functions is determined. A set of selected TPB prediction parameters to be used with the set of TPB basis functions for generating predicted image data in mapped images from source image data in source images of a source color grade is generated. The set of selected TPB prediction parameters is generated by minimizing differences between the predicted image data in the mapped images and reference image data in reference images of a reference color grade. The reference images correspond to the source images and depict same visual content as depicted by the source images. The set of selected TPB prediction parameters is encoded in a video signal as a part of image metadata along with the source image data in the source images. The mapped images are caused to be reconstructed and rendered with a recipient device of the video signal.
