    Abstract: A heat dissipation apparatus includes a base, a heat sink on the base, two heat pipes thermally connecting the base and the heat sink and a fan mounted in the heat sink. The heat sink comprises a first fin group placed on the base and a second fin group located on the first fin group. Each heat pipe comprises an evaporation section connected to the base, a condensation section and an adiabatic section interconnecting the evaporation section and the condensation section. The condensation sections of the heat pipes are sandwiched between the first and second fin groups and surround the fan.

    Abstract: A method for molecular haplotyping of a subject is disclosed. The method comprises: randomly selecting a set of chromosomes in each of a plurality of lyzed diploid cells of the subject, collecting the selected chromosomes from said plurality of cells into a plurality of sample tubes, wherein each sample tube contains chromosomes selected from one or more cells, genotyping genomic DNA in each sample tube, and determining haplotype of the alleles based on allele nucleotide sequence information and corresponding nucleotide signal intensities from genotyping data. Other methods for molecular haplotyping using single cell lysate or single cell microdissection are also disclosed.

A thermal interface material is spread on a bottom surface of the heat conducting plate. The protective device assembly includes a first cover attached to a bottom of the heat conducting plate and a second cover separated from the first cover and attached to a lateral side of the base. The first cover protects the thermal interface material from being contaminated and the second cover protects the fasteners from dropping from the base, when the heat dissipation device is transported.

    Abstract: An etchant includes nitric acid (HNO3) having a percentage by mass in the approximate range of 4%-6%, hydrochloric acid (HCl) having a percentage by mass in the approximate range of 1%-3%; and ferric ions (Fe3+) having a concentration in the approximate range of 30-70 grams/liter (g/l). The resultant etchant is suitable for etching aluminum and its alloys. In fact, the etchant is capable of etching such a material to a depth of about 0.1 mm in about 1.8 min, when employed at a temperature in the approximate range of 38° C.-48° C. The etchant further may be recycled, for which an added oxidizer may further be employed.

If the Iur interface is determined to be congested when a call handover is required, the serving RNC uses the Iu interface with a core network of the radio access network to signal the core network to perform a call handover, and the core network uses the Iu interface with the RNC of the second RNS to signal the RNC of the second RNS to become a serving RNC for the call.
