Then, a recess is formed in the temporary semiconductor structure to form a first semiconductor structure and a first substrate. The recess penetrates through the first substrate and expose the one or more first trace. Thereafter, an input/output pad is formed in the recess and on the one or more first trace.

    Abstract: A multi-robot collaboration method in a flexible hardware production workshop is provided, by which allocation of workpiece machining tasks and transfer of workpieces in different workstations can be achieved and meanwhile relatively high calculation cost is avoided. According to the method, a distributed collaboration method is fully used, and in allusion to the current technical condition, the allocation of the workpiece machining tasks and the transfer of the workpieces in different workstations can be achieved and meanwhile the relatively high calculation cost is avoided. A multi-AGV path conflict eliminating method is used for avoiding possible collision of AGVs during movement. A centralized intervention and adjustment method is used for discovering and predicting system conflicts and failure problems and making timely dispatching and adjustment so as to improve the automation level and the flexibility level of a hardware workshop.

    Abstract: A computing device for diffusion dictionary imaging (DDI) of microstructure and inflammation of a patient is provided. The DDI computing device is connected to other computing devices, such as a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanner. The DDI computing device receives magnetic resonance (MR) signals from the MRI scanner. Once received, the DDI computing device records the one or more MR signals to a memory device. The DDI computing device computationally processes the one or more MR signals to reconstruct a diffusion MRI image using diffusion dictionary data. The MR signals include values that are used as input to algorithms of the DDI data to reconstruct the diffusion MRI image. A database is used to store DDI data, artificial intelligence (AI) data, diffusion dictionary data, and MR data.

The accommodating groove can limit the sealant, the sealant does not shift in the accommodating groove, and a sealing failure is less likely to occur, thus ensuring the sealing performance of the sealant.

First ML model(s) process an input volume of medical images (VOI) to determine whether VOI depicts a predetermined amount of an anatomical structure. The AI pipeline determines whether criteria, such as a predetermined amount of an anatomical structure of interest being depicted in the input volume, are satisfied by output of the first ML model(s). If so, lesion processing operations are performed including: second ML model(s) processing the VOI to detect lesions which correspond to the anatomical structure of interest; third ML model(s) performing lesion segmentation and combining of lesion contours associated with a same lesion; and fourth ML models processing the listing of lesions to classify the lesions. The AI pipeline outputs the listing of lesions and the classifications for downstream computing system processing.
