Abstract: The present invention is directed to methods for increasing sensitivities of immunoassays. The invention utilizes an acid elution condition that preferentially elute specifically bound immune complexes over non-specifically bound complexes from a solid phase, and designs immunoassay protocols that improve the ratio of specific binding to non-specific binding and thereby improving assay sensitivity. The protocol determines the signal of the labeled immunocomplexes eluted from a solid phase.

Abstract: The present invention is directed an immunoassay method, which re-uses an antibody-immobilized test probe and reagents for quantitating an analyte in different samples, anywhere from about 3 to 20 times, while maintaining acceptable clinical assay performance. The method regenerates the test probe by dipping the test probe in an acidic solution having pH about 1-4, after the completion of each cycle of reaction. The present invention is also directed to a unitized cartridge (a strip) for an immunoassay test. Each unitized cartridge contains all necessary reagents can be used for 3-20 cycles to measure 3-20 different samples.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system for measuring carbon emissions in a power system. The system includes: generation carbon meters, distributed respectively in generators in the power system; network carbon meters, distributed respectively in nodes in the power system; consumption carbon meters, distributed respectively in consumers in the power system; and a center server, in which each carbon meter is configured to collect data for measuring the carbon emissions. The center server is configured to acquire the collected data and to measure the carbon emissions according to the acquired data, and to send measuring results to the corresponding carbon meter. Then each carbon meter is further configured to display according to the measuring results. The carbon emission may be measured in real time.

Abstract: A method and system for authenticating a user is provided. In some embodiments, a security system determines whether the time since the last authentication was successful is less than a recycle telephone number period (e.g., the minimum time before which a telephone number might be assigned to a new user). If the time is less than the recycle telephone number period, the security system performs a primary authentication of the user based on a telephone number received from the user. When the primary authentication is successful, the security system indicates that the user has been authenticated. Abstract: The embodiments of the disclosure disclose a method and a system for displaying a rolling broadcast watermark. The method comprises: detecting a program having no station logo information in program information played by a rolling broadcast station; looking up and acquiring station logo information of a program station corresponding to the program according to the detected program; performing watermarking process on the station logo information, and when a program of the program station is played, displaying the station logo information having a watermark in a specific area along with the program of the program station. The embodiments of the present disclosure extract corresponding program information and program station information according to contents recorded in program lists of different program stations and performs a watermarking process, thus effectively solving the problem of displaying a rolling broadcast watermark in a rolling broadcast station.
