    Abstract: Disclosed is a slag discharging method in a process of producing ultra-low phosphorus steel, which relates to the technical field of iron and steel smelting, and in which molten steel is mixed with lime first to produce basic slag; then converting is performed with oxygen to increase the oxidizability of the basic slag; and a carbon-containing reducing agent is finally added, so that in the process that the carbon is oxidized to release a large amount of carbon monoxide gas, phosphates are captured, and the basic slag is rapidly foamed and overflows from the opening of the steel ladle, so that conditions are no longer available for rephosphorization. Also disclosed is a method for producing ultra-low phosphorus steel, which includes the above-described slag discharging method in a process of producing ultra-low phosphorus steel, and refining and ingotting after slag discharge.

The plug is provided with a second magnetic core and a second coil, and the second coil is spirally arranged at the periphery of the second magnetic core and forms a secondary coil with the second magnetic core. The contactless connector includes: at least two plug interfaces, each of the plug interfaces including a first magnetic core; and a first coil, spirally arranged at an inner periphery of the first magnetic core of each of the plug interfaces and forming a main coil with the first magnetic core. When the contactless connector and a plurality of plugs are connected through at least two plug interfaces, the main coil and the secondary coil are electromagnetically coupled to realize communication connection between the contactless connector and the plurality of plugs.

    Abstract: An executing mechanism for a rotary guide device includes a driving valve core, a driven valve core, a first cavity, a second cavity and a high-pressure slurry driving channel. The first cavity includes a first low-pressure port communicating with a low-pressure slurry; and a first high-pressure port communicating with a high-pressure slurry. The driving valve core adjusts a pressure in the first cavity; and the driven valve core moves in response to a pressure difference between the first cavity and the second cavity. The high-pressure slurry driving channel switches between an open state and a close state in response to movement of the driven valve core. A rotary guide device includes a rotary main shaft, a drill bit, a push mechanism, and the executing mechanism. The push mechanism includes a push block and a push plunger piston, the high-pressure slurry driving channel communicates with one end, distal from the push block, of the push plunger piston.

The non-rotating body includes at least three hydraulic driving mechanisms uniformly distributed along its circumferential direction, the three hydraulic driving mechanisms controllably generate radial drive forces respectively, the radial driving forces act on the rib portion overlapping the non-rotating body so the lower shaft portion can be deflectable relative to the steerable portion.
