The pallet includes the rotatable legs, so that in using the pallet, the legs are rotated out and the coupling pins are applied to fix the legs for supporting and when the pallet is not in use, the coupling pins are removed to allow the legs to rotate in order to set the legs in recesses, whereby the pallet occupies a reduced amount of space for storage and transportation and thus the capacity of storage and transportation can be improved to thus lower down transportation cost.

The cushioning devices each include a cushioning section, a retention section connected to the cushioning section, and a projection. The mounting sections each include a first receiving channel and a through hole respectively corresponding to the retention section and the projection of the respective cushioning device. The retention sections are respectively received in the first receiving channels and the projections are respectively fit into the through hole so as to fix the cushioning devices inside the box body. The package box uses cushioning devices that are mounted inside a box in a snap-fitting manner so that the operation of assembling and disassembling the cushioning devices is simple, making it easy to re-work.

Abstract: A packaging device for liquid crystal modules is provided, comprising a bracket installed at the bottom of the liquid crystal module, a pallet carried by a supporting member and used for fixing the bracket, a protective layer arranged on all sides of the liquid crystal module for fixing and buffering, and a packaging box arranged outside the protective layer for packaging. The packaging device for liquid crystal modules of the present invention ensures the transport safety, facilitates the manual packaging and transporting, and reduces the entire packaging weight.

The front frame of the present disclosure, shortens the developing period so as to reduce the cost for opening module of the liquid crystal module and further reduce the manufacturing cost of the liquid crystal display.

The cushioning retention frame includes two lower cushioning brackets and four upper cushioning brackets corresponding to the two lower cushioning brackets. The support unit includes two support boards. When liquid crystal modules are positioned on the lower cushioning brackets, every two of the upper cushioning brackets are set on the liquid crystal modules to correspond to each one of the lower cushioning brackets. The two support boards are retained between the two lower cushioning brackets to increase central compression strength of the liquid crystal module package box at the central portion.

The box body includes a bottom board and a plurality of side boards perpendicularly connected to the bottom board. The plurality of pads is mounted to the side boards. Each of the pads includes a main body and mounting sections connected to the main body. The side boards form mounting slots corresponding to the mounting sections. The mounting sections are received in the mounting slots to mount the pads to the box body. The package box with removable pad of the present invention uses pads that are provided with mounting sections engageable with mounting slots formed in the box body to allow the pads to be mounted to the box body in a removable manner with a simple operation so as to improve yield rate of assembly.

Abstract: A packaging and supporting device for LCD module is provided. The device includes an organizer defined with a first grooves and a second grooves for securely positioning the first and second panels in a way that the first and second modules are partially overlapped. A carton box is used to receive the first and second panels packed and supported by the organizer. With the provision of the packaging and supporting devices, two set of LCD modules can be partially stored in away to reduce the overall dimension so as to reduce the transportation cost.

Abstract: The invention relates to the field of package, and more particularly to a buffer sheet facilitating chuck adsorption and taking and a glass transport package. The buffer sheet comprises a substrate, and surface grains protruding from the substrate; the buffer sheet comprises adsorption zones, and non-adsorption zones; the surface grains of the adsorption zones are of a close pore structure, and the surface grains of the non-adsorption zones are partially or fully of an open pore structure for avoiding generating negative pressure. The liquid crystal glass transport package of the invention employs a buffer sheet of an innovative structure. Because the surface of the adsorption zones of the buffer sheet is still of a closed surface grain structure, the chuck adsorption capacity is not affected. The surface grains of the non-adsorption zones are fully or partially opened. The open pore structure enables the outside air and the air between the buffer sheet and the glass plates to freely flow.

The distance between two adjacent slots of the slot groups is smaller than the distance between two slot groups; the distance between the slot groups corresponds to the total height on backplanes of the two backlight modules. When packaging the LCD panel modules, the relatively more fragile display panel of LCD panel module is inserted in opposite pairs into two slots of a slot group of the packaging box of the present invention.
