    Abstract: A testing apparatus for testing a circuit board is disclosed, which includes an upper plate, a lower plate, and an adaptor circuit board. A plurality of positioning units is received in the lower plate. Each positioning unit has a plurality of length-variable test probes secured therein. Each test probe has a shell and upper and lower probe ends at opposite ends of the shell. In test, the circuit board is put on the lower plate and the upper plate is lowered to push the circuit board and the lower plate toward the adaptor circuit board. The upper ends of the test probes engage with electrical connectors of the circuit board and the lower ends thereof engage with the adaptor circuit board whereby test of the circuit board can be automatically performed by the testing apparatus.

The light emitting diode units (101a, 101b) and the collimator unit (102a) in the light source and the illuminating device minimize the optical extension of the emergent light, thereby maximizing the luminance.

    Abstract: Embodiment of the present invention discloses a kind of methionine lyase and its encoding gene and biosynthetic method. According to the present invention, the gene encoding methionine lyase as shown in SEQ ID No. 1 is separated from the genome of C. rosea. Embodiment of the present invention further provides an efficient biosynthetic method of methionine lyase, comprising: (1) cloning gene (shown in SEQ ID No. 1) encoding methionine degradation enzyme into a yeast expression vector to construct recombinant yeast expression vector; (2) transforming the recombinant yeast expression vector into Saccharomyces cerevisiae to obtain expression strain; (3) inducing the expression strain to express the methionine lyase, collecting induced strains, purifying expressed recombinant methionine lyase. Purity of recombinant methionine lyase prepared according to the present invention is above 90%, and its efficiency of degradating methionine can reach 0.53±0.0030 ?M MTL·h?1·mg protein?1.

The fermentation broth of Potamogeton crispus is prepared by the following method: collecting, draining off and grinding the Potamogeton crispuses, then, placing the grinded Potamogeton crispuses into a fermentation tank, mixing them with domesticated fermented sludge, and then adding water and fermenting the mixed liquor at a constant temperature, removing the residue of the Potamogeton crispuses, and obtaining the prepared fermentation broth of Potamogeton crispus. The present invention also discloses an application of the fermentation broth of Potamogeton crispus in the removal of nitrogen in constructed wetlands.

The processor collects and processes the images or video, the directions of the signals and the identifiers of the mobile devices to locate a specific subscriber. The processor transmits the processed information to a server.

    Abstract: A self-stabilizing gas lift valve apparatus for oil and gas production. The apparatus includes a valve body having at least one gas inlet in communication with an elongated gas chamber in the valve body. An impingement disk is moveable in the elongated gas chamber. A conical plug extends from the impingement disk with the conical plug having a valve plug extending axially therefrom. A conical cup terminates in a valve seat wherein the conical cup receives the conical plug therein. A valve closure force mechanism urges the valve plug toward the valve seat. Gas injected through the gas inlet provides a force upon the impingement disk to overcome the force of the valve closure force mechanism in order to open the valve plug. When the gas injected exceeds a predetermined force, the impingent disk is moved and a conical space between the conical plug and the conical cup is reduced.

By adjusting the hydrophilicity of the friction material and controlling the surface tension of the material, the friction coefficient of the material is kept from lowering under wet conditions and is rendered stable in dry and wet conditions. More specifically, the friction coefficient of the friction material stays above 0.25 under wet conditions, and the stability coefficient of the friction coefficient can reach 85% or above on an MM 1000 tester.
