    Abstract: An electric vehicle automatic charging system includes an electric vehicle including a receiving cavity with an opening and a shutter for closing the opening, a battery assembly receiving in the receiving cavity and a charging device. The battery assembly includes a battery pack including an electrode connecting member and a movable bracket including a magnetic member. The charging device includes a support table, a support plate, an electromagnetic fitting member being capable of generating a magnetic force for attracting the magnetic member, and a charger. When the shutter comes into contact with the support plate, the shutter changes from a closed state to an open state, the movable bracket drives the battery pack to move away from the receiving cavity along the support plate by the magnetic force until the electrode connecting member is electrically connected to the charger. An electric vehicle automatic charging method is also provided.

The fillable digital document is sent to recipients, who complete the fillable digital document.

    Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods for virtualizing policy enforcement amongst participants of an overlay network. In some embodiments, each of the participants may maintain a separate blockchain network. The overlay network may receive smart contracts or other policy documents that include information on interactions with a particular participant or between participants. A controller, which may be implemented on any node of the overlay network, may then extract an interaction algorithm from that smart contract that may be stored in policy data to be used in completing transactions between two participants of the overlay network. In some embodiments, the policy data may include cost data which may be used to determine how two entities may interact.

The lithium niobate includes a lithium niobate crystal and a p-type nanowire region or an n-type nanowire region located in the lithium niobate crystal and adjacent to a surface of the lithium niobate crystal. The present application also provides a method for converting the charge carrier type of the lithium niobate nanowire region.

A shunt device is provided for selectively shunting the power supply to implement dimming control. The detector has a detection circuit for analyzing a voltage at the driver input and generating 5 the detection signal accordingly, when the voltage is detected. In addition, for situations where the voltage detection does not correctly generate the detection signal, a correction circuit generates the detection signal for a time delay from the end of operating the shunt device. This prevents control stability problems at low dimming levels.

Smooth GbPOF end faces reduce the optical coupling loss when two plastic optical fibers are connected. The polishing process can be used to produce GbPOF end faces which are free of defects such as scratches. The polishing process involves the use of successive abrasive films having decreasing surface roughness to abrade the end of a GbPOF. More specifically, each subsequently applied abrasive film has a mean particle size which is less than the mean particle size of the previously applied abrasive film.
