  • Patent number: 10489363
Abstract: The disclosure relates to technology for mining data in a database by recursively mining a conditional frequent pattern tree (FP-tree) for frequent items of each conditional pattern base for each node in an FP-tree to obtain frequent patterns. For each branch in the FP-tree, a single-item node table (NT) is generated for which a selected one of the frequent items appears in the node of the branch. The single-item NT including a list of all of the frequent items appearing in the FP-tree and a corresponding frequent item count. For each single-item NT of each branch generated for the selected one of the frequent items, the frequent item count of each frequent item is summed in the single-item NT formed for each branch to generate a combined single-item NT, and association rules based on the frequent patterns are generated for each of the frequent items and the combined single-item NT.

  • Publication number: 20190356325
Abstract: A comparator offset voltage self-correction circuit is disclosed. A comparator offset voltage which is caused by the semiconductor process parameter randomness also has randomness. Due to the randomness of the comparator offset voltage, a reference voltage of a parallel comparator in a parallel-conversion-type analog-to-digital converter is uncertain. If the comparator offset voltage is large, the parallel-conversion-type analog-to-digital converter may even have a functional error. The comparator offset voltage self-correction circuit provided in the present invention can correct a random offset voltage of a comparator to meet requirements.

  • Publication number: 20190355431
Abstract: Various embodiments, disclosed herein, can include apparatus and methods to perform a one check failure byte (CFBYTE) scheme in programming of a memory device. In programming memory cells in which each memory cell can store multiple bits, the multiple bits being a n-tuple of bits of a set of n-tuples of bits with each n-tuple of the set associated with a level of a set of levels of threshold voltages for the memory cells. Verification of a program algorithm can be structured based on a programming algorithm that proceeds in a progressive manner by placing a threshold voltage of one level/distribution at a time. The routine of this progression can be used to perform just one failure byte check for that specific target distribution only, thus eliminating the need to check failure byte for all subsequent target distribution during every stage of program algorithm. Additional apparatus, systems, and methods are disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20190350030
Abstract: This application provides a communication method and a communications apparatus. A terminal in an inactive state receives a paging message, and content in the paging message is determined. When the content includes a first identity of the terminal, the terminal sends a first request message to a first access network device, where the first request message carries a non-access stratum (NAS) identifier of the terminal. When the content includes a second identity of the terminal and an identity of an anchor access network device, the terminal sends a second request message to the first access network device. The second identity of the terminal identifies the terminal on the anchor access network device, and the identity of the anchor access network device identifies the anchor access network device in an access network. The communication method of is application can adapt to a communication requirement of a terminal in an inactive state.
