  • Publication number: 20080023657
Abstract: The present invention provides a reliable, high-repetition rate, production line compatible high energy photon source. A very hot plasma containing an active material is produced in vacuum chamber. The active material is an atomic element having an emission line within a desired extreme ultraviolet (EUV) range. A pulse power source comprising a charging capacitor and a magnetic compression circuit comprising a pulse transformer, provides electrical pulses having sufficient energy and electrical potential sufficient to produce the EUV light at an intermediate focus at rates in excess of 5 Watts. In preferred embodiments designed by Applicants in-band, EUV light energy at the intermediate focus is 45 Watts extendable to 105.8 Watts.

  • Publication number: 20070192556
Abstract: Remote configuration and utilization of a virtual tape management system with creation and management options. At least one security administrator CPU is communicably attached to a virtual tape management CPU. A pair of disk drives is communicably attached to the virtual tape management CPU and to the security administrator. First software within the virtual tape management CPU validates authorized remote access to said disk drives and encrypts the data. Second software facilitates remote configuration and utilization of the virtual tape management CPU. Third software provides tape image file processing including inspecting each remote data storage to determine if a file is present, opening the file, reading tape related information thereon, and reading from or writing to the disk arrays. Fourth software provides checker support for tape image files for enumerating tape image files on the disk drives, opening the tape image files, and reading the tape related information.

  • Publication number: 20070118882
Abstract: A system to monitor, detect and analyze chemical, radiation and/or biological threats. The system includes a plurality of sensors, wherein each sensor gathers data on chemical, radiation or biological agents. A central processing unit is in communication with sensors analyzes sensor collected data. A transmission system transmits data in the form of alerts from each central processing unit by secure, encrypted packets over a network.

  • Publication number: 20060292137
Abstract: This invention relates to cytotoxic variants of human ribonuclease 1 (RNase 1) identified through analysis of the interaction between RNase 1 and the human ribonuclease inhibitor (hRI) as defined by the three dimensional (3-D) atomic structure of the RNase 1 hRI complex. Also disclosed is the 3-D structure of the hRI.RNase 1 complex and methods for designing the RNase 1 variants.

  • Publication number: 20060236406
Abstract: A remote user establishes an interactive session. A pre-determined backup set is encrypted at a remote user site according to a key based upon the user's password. Encrypted backup data is then transmitted to a backup archive server and decrypted utilizing the user's password generated key and re-encrypted according to a user specified backup set key and stored upon an auxiliary storage unit. The present invention further embodies a retrieval process wherein a remote user designates one or more files to be retrieved and the backup set encryption key used during the initial backup operation. Software executing within the backup archive server CPU retrieves and decrypts the specified files according to the originally specified backup set key and re-encrypts the files according to the remote user's password. Retrieved information is then transmitted to the remote user whereupon it is subsequently decrypted at the remote user site.

  • Publication number: 20060206922
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a system and a method to facilitate remote secure access from a remote client to a non-public web server having a web browser. The process includes the steps of establishing a list of all authorized remote client users for a non-public host web server. The remote client web servers are in communication with the non-public web server. Authorized remote client user access is validated and data traffic is permitted between the remote client user and the non-public web server. Software permits remote configuration and utilization of application software which is in communication with the non-public web server.

  • Publication number: 20050005578
Abstract: A compact package for a garment made from a delicate material includes a container body having a volume of less than 10 in3 (164 cm3), a delicate material garment, a cover member and a cap. The cover member is inserted into the container body atop the garment, followed by the cap. Preferably, a buffer material is arranged between the garment and the cover member within the container body to protect the garment from damage during the packing process. The package is preferably produced by directing the garment and buffer material into a pre-loading tube, followed by shifting of a plunger member to load the container body with the garment, buffer material and the cover member. Subsequently, the cap is snap-fit upon the container body.
