  • Patent number: 12126063
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for integrating a chemical looping combustion system with molten carbonate fuel cells to provide improved operation of the molten carbonate fuel cells when using the exhaust from a gas turbine or other electrical power generation device as the CO2 source for the MCFC cathodes. This integration can be accomplished by using metal oxide in the chemical looping combustion system to oxidize the anode output flow from the MCFCs. This can reduce or minimize the number of separations that need to be performed in order to process the concentrated CO2 present within the anode exhaust. By reducing, minimizing, or eliminating the CO and H2 in the anode exhaust, the need to perform more costly separations (such as cryogenic separation or amine washing) to obtain a high purity CO2 product stream can be reduced or minimized. Optionally, the cathode exhaust from the molten carbonate fuel cells can be used as an oxygen-containing stream for regeneration of the metal oxide.

  • Patent number: 12105424
Abstract: Examples described herein provide a system, a software application, and a method of a lithography process to write multiple tones in a single pass. A system includes a stage and a lithography system. The lithography system includes image projection systems, a controller, and memory. The controller is coupled to the memory, which stores instruction code. Execution of the instruction code by the controller causes the controller to control the stage and the image projection systems to iteratively expose a photoresist supported by the stage and to move the stage relative to the image projection systems a step distance between sequential pairs of the exposures. Each exposure includes using write beam(s) projected from the image projection systems. Each exposure is at a respective one of different dosage amounts. An accumulation of the different dosage amounts is a full tone dosage amount for the photoresist.

  • Publication number: 20240307265
Abstract: A system for facilitating the effective administration of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) by providing feedback regarding release velocity, which is the velocity of the chest while resiliently expanding during the upstroke of a CPR compression cycle. The feedback is provided, indicating whether the CPR provider has substantially released the chest, through a control systems which analyzes sensor input corresponding to chest displacement to determine chest compression depth and release velocity, compares the determined release velocity to a desired release velocity threshold. The desired release velocity is determined based on the depth of compression. The desired release velocity may be determined based on assumed or target compression depth, selected by a CPR provider and input into the control system, or the desired release velocity may be determined adaptively, based on the chest compression depth achieved during compressions and/or the rate of compressions, as determined by the control system.
