  • Publication number: 20220228756
Abstract: Appropriate ventilation for a building space while maintaining building comfort includes tracking one or more interior environmental conditions within the building space and one or more exterior environmental conditions outside of the building space during operation of the HVAC system. An environmental model for the building space is learned over time based at least in part on these tracked environmental conditions, where the environmental model predicts an environmental response of the building space to operation of the HVAC system under various interior and exterior environmental conditions. An appropriate ventilation rate that maintains adherence to one or more comfort parameters of the building space is determined by using the environmental model of the building space. The outdoor air ventilation damper of the HVAC system is controlled to provide appropriate ventilation.

  • Publication number: 20210167209
Abstract: Fin shaping, and integrated circuit structures resulting therefrom, are described. For example, an integrated circuit structure includes a semiconductor fin having a protruding fin portion above an isolation structure above a substrate. The protruding fin portion has substantially vertical upper sidewalls and outwardly tapered lower sidewalls. A gate stack is over and conformal with the protruding fin portion of the semiconductor fin. A first source or drain region is at a first side of the gate stack, and a second source or drain region is at a second side of the gate stack opposite the first side of the gate stack.

  • Patent number: 9135270
Abstract: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with a server-centric virtual file system (VFS) that securely provides version control for file system objects associated with the VFS are described. One example system includes a VFS logic to provide virtual access to file system objects associated with a server. The VFS logic may receive a file handle from an NFS server in response to a VFS mount request made by a client computing system. The example system may also include a version logic that encodes a workspace identifier and a file system object identifier into the provided file handle. The version logic then provides file-handle based version control for the set of file system objects.
