  • Patent number: 12356670
Abstract: A bandgap tuneable p-GaN high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) having a structure stacked on a silicon carbide substrate. The device incorporates an indium nitride nucleation layer, followed by an aluminum nitride nucleation layer, and a first aluminum gallium nitride buffer layer. A gallium nitride channel layer is deposited on this stack, with an aluminum source and a drain contact at either end. The bandgap tuneable p-GaN HEMT includes a two-dimensional molybdenum disulfide layer over the channel, covered by a second AlGaN buffer layer. A p-type gallium nitride cap layer and a platinum gate contact complete the structure. This configuration facilitates bandgap tuning and strain engineering, enhancing electron mobility and density in the two-dimensional electron gas region, making it suitable for high-power and high-frequency applications.

  • Patent number: 12346830
Abstract: A secure inference over Deep Neural Networks (DNNs) using secure two-party computation to perform privacy-preserving machine learning. The secure inference uses a particular type of comparison that can be used as a building block for various layers in the DNN including, for example, ReLU activations and divisions. The comparison securely computes a Boolean share of a bit representing whether input value x is less than input value y, where x is held by a user of the DNN, and where y is held by a provider of the DNN. Each party computing system parses their input into leaf strings of multiple bits. This is much more efficient than if the leaf strings were individual bits. Accordingly, the secure inference described herein is more readily adapted for using in complex DNNs.

  • Publication number: 20250175543
Abstract: Various embodiments of the present technology generally relate to systems and methods for providing an interface to securely handle messages from 5G services for network monitoring purposes. In an example, a packet encoder is provided as an interface handler. The packet encoder may receive from one or more network functions (NFs) in a communication exchange on a 5G network, an input including a plurality of messages. Upon receipt, the packet encoder may determine an input format from the input and determine an output format for a feed generated based on the plurality of messages. The packet encoder may also translate the plurality of messages from the input format to the output format, where the input format is different than the output format, and the feed includes the plurality of messages in the output format. The packet encoder may then transmit the feed to a network monitoring system.

  • Patent number: 12282969
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for generating interactive user interfaces for evaluating transactions of an organization. For example, a system can be configured to receive transactions for an organization and determine a first subset of the transactions during a trip at a first location that is different from a home location of a consumer. A respective transaction associated with a second location that occurred during the trip is identified. The respective transaction is assigned to the first subset of the of transactions for the trip. A second subset of the transactions of a spending type is determined. A parameter value associated with the spending type is identified. A parameter adjustment is determined. The system is configured to cause a display of a spending type user interface on a client device and receive a selection of a parameter component.

  • Patent number: 12277175
Abstract: This disclosure describes systems and methods that facilitate the generation of recommendations by traversing a graph. Walks that traverse the graph may be initiated from a plurality of different nodes in the node graph. In order to give greater or lesser weight to particular nodes, the walks may have different lengths depending on the nodes from which they are initiated, or an unequal amount of walks may be distributed between nodes from which walks are initiated. A plurality of walks through a node graph may be tracked, and visit counts or scores for nodes in the node graph may be determined. For example, scores may be increased for nodes that are visited by a walk initiated from a first node and a second walk initiated from a second node, or scores may be decreased for nodes that are not visited by a first walk initiated from a first node and a second walk initiated from a second node. Content corresponding to nodes may be recommended based on the scores or visit counts.
