  • Publication number: 20250139418
Abstract: A computer-implemented method to generate training data with increased fairness. The method includes identifying a set of training data comprising at least one independent variable and dependent variable. The method includes analyzing the set of training data to identify correlations between the independent and the dependent variables. The method further includes identifying at least one correlation between the one or more independent variable and the dependent variable. The method includes calculating a fairness score for each first independent variable against the dependent variable. The method further includes creating, based on the analyzing, a fairness profile for the set of training data. The method also includes generating, by a generative adversarial network (GAN) and based on the set of training data and the fairness profile, a set of synthetic training, where the GAN is configured to increases the fairness score for each variable with a disparate effect score above a threshold.

  • Publication number: 20250139140
Abstract: This disclosure relates to methods, systems, and devices for AI/ML assisted management of a radio access network (RAN). In particular, an LLM is employed to generate answer to user queries, for example in the form of code that can be executed upon streaming data from the RAN, including performance management and control management databases. To provide prompts the LLM can understand, an LLM agent employs a knowledge base and experience base to transform the language of the queries from the highly technical telecommunications domain to a general domain. Frequently asked questions and their answers may be stored in the experience base and used instead of using the LLM.

  • Publication number: 20250139082
Abstract: The illustrative embodiments provide a framework for executing data-centric workflows within the database session, thus achieving workflow execution with no additional process creation, virtualization, or network overhead. The user-provided serverless functions that comprise the application workflow are compiled into native-image binary executables and deployed as stored procedures. Using native-image stored procedures greatly reduces memory and execution time overhead compared to traditional serverless computing frameworks. An application workflow is configured using workflow metadata, which specifies the native-image stored procedures that make up the application workflow and transaction boundaries at runtime. The framework ensures low overhead fault tolerance using run-to-completion and exactly-once semantics.

  • Publication number: 20250139043
Abstract: A service obtains traffic logs for traffic of a network that has been sent according to a Layer 7 protocol (e.g., SNMP or DNS). The service identifies from the traffic logs device names that appear to correspond to different devices/NICs as names of candidate multi-NIC devices. The service extracts features from names of the candidate multi-NIC devices and generates respective feature vectors. The service can generate “documents” representing each device name from which it extracts features by determining n-grams of each device name, where a set of n-grams of a device name is treated as a document, and each n-gram is treated as a term in the document. Exemplary features that can be extracted based on a device name document include within-document and cross-document uniqueness scores. The service clusters the feature vectors with unsupervised learning and identifies clusters of a size that satisfies a criterion as corresponding to multi-NIC devices.

  • Patent number: 12287703
Abstract: Localized incident resolution with reconstruction is disclosed. Fresh (i.e. non-generic) resolutions for IT incidents that include local user-specific attributes are generated. N-possible robotic process automation (“RPA”) workflows are generated for applications at issue or cosine similar ones. IT incidents are reconstructed in safe environments. Modeling is performed to determine which of the N-possible RPA workflows have a sufficient probability of resolving the IT incident. Select RPA workflows are executed on the reconstructed IT incident in the safe environment to identify which workflow(s), if any, resolve the IT incident. RPA workflows demonstrated to work can be localized based on the user-specific attributes and deployed automatically. Detailed feedback and instructions specific to the user and the user's IT incident can be provided to identify what steps to take if a complete automated solution was not identified and successfully tested.

  • Patent number: 12288919
Abstract: The present invention minimizes issues with transmission lines through the use of a normal-metal/superconducting meta-material structure realized with controlled impedance sub-wavelength line sections, which effectively concentrate the uncertainty in the section lengths in a portion of the termination geometry which has minimal impact on the non-resonant absorption in the structure. The present invention is used to achieve broadband absorption response and signal termination in planar transmission line devices. The longest wavelength sets the required length of the meta-material line, and its footprint is set by properties of the guiding structure (i.e., the resultant line can be folded, meandered, or spiraled with a spacing set is set by the field confinement of the transmission line topology in use).

  • Patent number: 12289682
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that asynchronous carrier aggregation, including between high frequency band and lower frequency band transmissions. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to monitor transmissions in a first frequency band and a second frequency band. The UE may measure a timing difference between transmissions in the first frequency band and one or more of the transmissions in the second frequency band, and transmit an indication of the timing difference to a base station. The base station may use the timing difference to determine whether the UE is to use asynchronous carrier aggregation. If the base station determines that the UE is to use asynchronous carrier aggregation, the base station may configure the UE to observe at least a minimum amount of delay when conducting uplink signaling via one of the frequency bands.
