  • Patent number: 12054589
Abstract: A method of forming an isocyanate-functional polymer component includes forming a first mixture by mixing a recycled polyurethane article and a first isocyanate component having isocyanate-functional groups. The first mixture is heated to a temperature sufficient to transform the recycled polyurethane article from a solid form to a liquid form and react the liquid recycled polyurethane component with the first isocyanate component to form an isocyanate-functional polymer component having an isocyanate-functional group content greater than zero and less than isocyanate-functional group content of the first isocyanate component. The formed isocyanate-functional polymer component may then be used for forming a polyurethane article or polyurethane foam article that is the reaction product of the formed isocyanate-functional polymer component, a second isocyanate component and an isocyanate-reactive component having hydroxyl-functional groups.

  • Patent number: 12056845
Abstract: A farming machine identifies and treats a plant as the farming machine travels through a field. The farming machine includes an array of tiled image sensors for capturing images of the field. A control system identifies an active region in the captured images and generates a tiled image that includes the active region. The control system applies image processing functions to identify the plant in the tiled image and actuates a treatment mechanism to treat the identified plant. The control system causes the array of image sensors to capture the image, identifies the plant, and actuates the treatment mechanism in real time as the farming machine travels through the field.

  • Patent number: 12056750
Abstract: Various embodiments improve existing technologies by generating one or more user interface elements or personalized pages based on determining that a set of inventory items are within a geographical vicinity (e.g., a threshold distance) of a user. In response to a determination that a particular item is within a geographical vicinity of a user, some embodiments cause display of a page (e.g., a personalized page) that identifies item and/or other information, such as an identity and address of the local retailers that offer the item for sale. Such functionality can be integrated with additional functionality, such as electronic marketplace searches and item listings, and local delivery service requests, among other things.

  • Patent number: 12054742
Abstract: The disclosure relates to methods for producing mesodermal lineage cells, cardiac lineage cells, hematopoietic lineage cells, retinal lineage cells, and combinations thereof. In some aspects, the disclosure relates to methods of producing mixed tissue organoids comprising retinal lineage cells and cardiac lineage cells. When interaction of WDR5 protein at the binding pocket/interaction surface with RBBP5/MYC/KANSL2 is disrupted in the embryonic stem cell for a set period of time after differentiation of the embryonic stem cell has begun, and the disruption of that interaction is subsequently removed, differentiation of the embryonic stem cell to a mesodermal lineage cell is obtained. Such mesodermal lineage cells may, in some methods of the disclosure, be subsequently differentiated into cardiac lineage cells and hematopoietic lineage cells. The disclosure also relates to method for producing mixed lineage organoids, comprising retinal and mesodermal, including cardiac, lineage cells in a single organoid.

  • Publication number: 20240257164
Abstract: Tokenized rows of a training portion of a database are selected, each of the selected tokenized rows having a first token value stored in a first column of the database. Training row vectors are grouped into clusters. From the clusters, prototypes are generated, each prototype comprising a numerical representation of a cluster. From input tokens, an input row vector is generated, the input row vector comprising a numerical representation of input tokens representing data in an input row of the database, the input row excluded from the training portion, each input token comprising a textual representation of data in a cell of the input row. Based on similarity with the input row vector, a prototype is selected. Data derived from the selected prototype is inserted into the first column of the input row.

  • Publication number: 20240256684
Abstract: Systems and methods under the present disclosure can provide communication between instruments or resources at multiple locations. One example is a system of interconnection for various types of assets at multiple laboratories in different locations. Assets, devices, resources, or services at a location can multicast a beacon identifying itself. Verification of the asset, etc., can be done by communicating with a URI associated with that asset. Authentication of assets can be token-based to enable communication. Proxy servers at all or some of the locations can manage authentication and communication between locations and between assets. Tunnels can be implemented between different locations to help ensure secure communication.

  • Publication number: 20240257534
Abstract: A control system of a farming machine is configured to identify obstruction in a field from image data of the field. The control system accesses an obstruction model configured to identify obstructions in a field from image data of the field. The obstruction model is generated by accessing image data of obstructions in a training field, each obstruction corresponding to a prescribed action occurring at a prescribed time, labelling the image data of the obstructions, and training the obstruction model based on the labelled image data. The control system captures image data of the field including an obstruction and inputs the image data into the obstruction model. Responsive to identifying the obstruction in the field, the control system modifies treatment instructions of the farming machine such that the farming machine performs a implements a farming objective while avoiding the obstruction in the field.
