  • Publication number: 20250071042
Abstract: Some implementations described herein relate to a system for generating identifiers. The system receives, from a device, a request to generate a plurality of identifiers. The system determines, based on receiving the request and by performing a parameter locking operation, a compute region parameter associated and a timestamp parameter. The system generates, based on the compute region parameter and the timestamp parameter, a set of one or more identifiers of the plurality of identifiers. Respective portions of each identifier, of the set of one or more identifiers, may indicate the compute region parameter, a version parameter associated with the parameter locking operation, the timestamp parameter, a counter value parameter, and an action parameter. The system processes, using a scrambling technique, the set of one or more identifiers and provides the set of one or more identifiers to the device.

  • Publication number: 20250066674
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a process for the production of needle coke in a delayed coker plant. The needle coke so obtained by the process of the present disclosure has a co-efficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of less than 1.2×10?6/° C. The process of the present disclosure eliminates the step of hydrotreating of the first feed and second feed for the production of good quality coke. The process of the present disclosure maximizes the production of the needle coke having low CTE and low sulfur content in the delayed coker coke drum.

  • Publication number: 20250069086
Abstract: A method for enhancing agent-customer interactions in a digital engagement service is provided. The method includes receiving a customer's communication request and initiating an asynchronous process to generate a customer profile summary using a customer identifier. This involves querying a customer data platform (CDP) for customer traits and event data, and creating a prompt for a large language model (LLM) to produce a concise customer profile summary. The summary, stored in a data store, is presented to an available agent through a user interface alongside an invitation to accept the incoming communication request. This streamlined approach equips agents with relevant customer insights promptly, improving service quality and response times.

  • Patent number: 12235739
Abstract: A method, non-transitory computer readable medium, and a system for intra-backup anomalous object management and post-backup exclusion rule creation. Enterprise information technology environments often include any number of assets maintaining vast quantities of data and state. Any asset, in turn, may be riddled with various anomalous objects that tend to cause backup failure. Embodiments described herein address backup failure due to the presence of anomalous objects by, while any number of assets undergo backup, objects across said asset(s) may be assessed against object exclusion lists, populated during a pre-backup stage, to identify any anomalous objects of said objects. Once identified, the anomalous object(s) (or metadata descriptive thereof) may be recorded as backup metadata, which may be used in the post-backup creation of one or many exclusion rule(s).

  • Publication number: 20250062981
Abstract: Techniques for utilizing entropy labels of a Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) label stack for performing monitoring operations (e.g., telemetry, performance measurement, OAM, etc.) without altering the MPLS label stack and/or packet path (e.g., ECMP path). The techniques may include determining, by a node of a network, to perform a monitoring operation associated with traffic that is to be sent along a path through the network. In some examples, the node may receive a packet that is to be sent along the path and encapsulate the packet with an MPLS header. The MPLS header may include an entropy label, entropy label indicator, or other label that is capable of carrying a flag indicating the monitoring operation to be performed. The flag may be carried in a TTL field or traffic class field of the label such that the MPLS label stack is not altered to trigger the monitoring operation.

  • Publication number: 20250062984
Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques for detecting and monitoring paths in a network. The techniques include causing a source node to generate probe packets to traverse a multi-protocol label switching (MPLS) network, for instance. In some examples, the probe packets include entropy values that correspond to individual equal-cost multi-path (ECMP) paths of the network. The probe packets may be received at an SDN controller from a sink node after traversing the network. Analysis of the probe packets allow path discovery and mapping of the entropy values to ECMP paths. The mapping of discovered paths may be used for optimization of network monitoring activities, including second subsequent probe packets over particular ECMP paths based on the mapped entropy values.
