  • Publication number: 20250014373
Abstract: A plurality of weak label augmenters of different paradigms are integrated into a framework using robust training and negative instance filtering. A first of the augmenters extracts first weak labels from unlabeled data, a second of the augmenters extracts second weak labels from the unlabeled data. The robust training is used with an objective to downweight the probability of entities belonging to the wrong category. The first and second weak labels are filtered using an instance filter to update a high-precision training set shared by the plurality of augmenters. The plurality of augmenters are iteratively retrained using the updated high-precision training set to improve recognition performance over iterations.

  • Patent number: 12190345
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer readable media may facilitate buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) transactions at brick-and-mortar locations of merchants that otherwise lack an ability to interface with financial institutions (FIs) that finance BNPL transactions. Likewise, the system may be used to conduct BNPL transactions for merchants that lack an electronic commerce presence. For example, a payment network used to process payment cards such as credit cards may be leveraged to communicate with user devices, merchant point of sale (POS) terminals, and BNPL servers operated by FIs to mediate BNPL transactions. In particular, the payment network may receive, from merchants, a list of items that are eligible for BNPL transactions and installment offers from FIs to pay for BNPL transactions. The payment network may match eligible items with installment offers, select the best installment offers for the buyer, and mediate exchanges between the parties to settle payments for the BNPL transaction.

  • Patent number: 12189654
Abstract: In one embodiment, a web content management system is coupled to remote resources via a framework that has one or more corresponding adapters which enable editing of content by invoking editors which are native to the respective remote resources. The system retrieves a content item from a remote resource and stores a copy of the content item in a local repository, while the original content item remains in the repository of the remote resource. A content item can be selected in in a local authoring tool, causing the system to examine the content item's metadata to identify the source repository and invoke the native editor of the corresponding remote resource, enabling editing of the content item using the native editor. The copy of the content item in the local repository can then be synchronized to the edited version of the content item in the remote resource.

  • Patent number: 12189691
Abstract: A current set of context features for a database query that is associated with a string is identified. The database query includes a sequence of tokens of a database syntax, and the current set of context features includes words from the string and tokens from the database query. An inference record is selected from an inference store based on a comparison of the current set of context features to context features of inference records in the inference store. The database query is modified using a resolution of the inference record to obtain an inferred database query. The resolution includes one or more tokens of the database syntax. A search of a database is invoked using a query based on the inferred database query to obtain search results.
