  • Patent number: 11888987
Abstract: Provided is a method and system for digital voting. A digital voting system includes a Voting Administration (VA), a Trusted Third Party (TTP), a Voter and a digital voting platform which implements a Voting Chain (VC) as a Blockchain containing multiple blocks that have “roles”. These blocks include a Genesis block, a Campaign block, a Voter block, a Voting block, and a Legitimacy block. The VC contains data that is linked to an operation in the voting cycle, assigns tasks to a specific entity and establishes rules to ensure a highly secure pattern of actions and roles. The VA declares itself to the TTP, enrolls voters, releases ballots, starts election cycles using different blocks, and authenticates Voter IDs. The Voter discloses its Public Key to the TTP, casts and checks votes. The TTP registers Public Keys on the VC, verifies signatures, ensures anonymity, and registers ballots and votes.

  • Publication number: 20240031923
Abstract: Examples described herein relate to a centralized service discovery management (CSDM) system and method for distributing service discovery records to access points (APs). The CSDM system receives a service discovery record from a source AP of a plurality of APs deployed in an information technology (IT) infrastructure. The CSDM system is deployed outside the IT infrastructure. The service discovery record comprises information about an application server. Further, the CSDM system generates a neighbor AP group for the application server based on nearness between the source AP and the rest of the plurality of APs, wherein the neighbor AP group includes a set of neighbor APs identified from the plurality of APs. Moreover, the CSDM system transmits the service discovery record to the set of neighbor APs so that the application server is discoverable by client devices connected to the set of neighbor APs.

  • Publication number: 20240027516
Abstract: Embodiments herein relate to a test, repair, and diagnostic solution for chip-to-chip interconnects. In one aspect, on a first chip, a first finite state machine (FSM) is coupled to a set of transmit lanes. To test each transmit lane, one at a time, the first FSM is to apply a first periodic signal to a transmit lane under test and concurrently apply a second periodic signal to other transmit lanes of the set of transmit lanes, where a phase of the first periodic signal is opposite to a phase of the second periodic signal. A comparator compares a detected signal on the lane under test to an expected response. The comparator can be on the first chip, when the first chip is tested alone, or on a second chip, where the two chips are tested together.

  • Patent number: 11880505
Abstract: A method for modulating a position of a movable command input image displayed on a graphical user interface (GUI) based on a user viewing direction relative to graphical user interface comprises capturing real time images of the user's face, eyes and irises. The general eye orientation of the user is determined based on the real time images. A first position of the movable command input image displayed on the GUI is determined. The GUI is separated into portions. A real-time correlation between the general eye orientation and one or more of the interface portions is determined thereby determining a viewing direction of the user and one or more real-time viewed interface portions. The movable command input image is moved from the first position to a second position on the GUI. The second position is at the one or more real-time viewed interface portions.

  • Publication number: 20240022500
Abstract: Techniques for utilizing entropy labels of a Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) label stack for performing monitoring operations (e.g., telemetry, performance measurement, OAM, etc.) without altering the MPLS label stack and/or packet path (e.g., ECMP path). The techniques may include determining, by a node of a network, to perform a monitoring operation associated with traffic that is to be sent along a path through the network. In some examples, the node may receive a packet that is to be sent along the path and encapsulate the packet with an MPLS header. The MPLS header may include an entropy label, entropy label indicator, or other label that is capable of carrying a flag indicating the monitoring operation to be performed. The flag may be carried in a TTL field or traffic class field of the label such that the MPLS label stack is not altered to trigger the monitoring operation.
