  • Publication number: 20190353289
Abstract: A hydraulic system has a fluid path which connects two system components fluidically to one another and which comprises a hydraulic hose. It is known to form a fluid path between two components of a hydraulic system, for example between a pump and a control block, by a single hydraulic hose which is designed in accordance with the maximum volume flow and the maximum pressure. A hydraulic hose for large volume flows and high pressures is disproportionately expensive relative to a hydraulic hose for smaller volume flows and, on account of its larger internal and external diameters, has a larger minimum bending radius than a hydraulic hose for smaller volume flows. In order to provide a cost-effective and compact structure, a hydraulic system according to the disclosure has the fluid path formed by at least two hydraulic hoses arranged fluidically parallel to one another.

  • Publication number: 20110144866
Abstract: In a control unit and a method for triggering passenger protection arrangement for a vehicle, both a test signal from outside an evaluation circuit and a sensor signal from inside the evaluation circuit are made available. The first trigger decision is formed on the basis of the sensor signal. Furthermore, a linking module links the test signal with the sensor signal to form a check signal. The second trigger decision is formed as a function of the check signal. The triggering of the passenger protection arrangement then takes place as a function of the first and the second trigger decisions.

  • Patent number: 7932627
Abstract: An electric steering lock for a drive authorization system in a motor vehicle, including a movable locking element which, according to a first position, can be brought into locking engagement with a latched-in position on the steering shaft in the steering wheel column and, according to a second position, can be brought out of locking engagement with said position. The steering lock also has a drive for moving the locking element between the two positions, and electronics for controlling the drive. The system may have an associated second device in the form of an electronic key, an identification (ID) transmitter, a chip card or the like, with the result that, when the second device is authorized, the drive can be controlled into the respective position by the electronics. The electronics generate those signals which are used to trigger functions which can otherwise be effected by an electric ignition lock.

  • Patent number: 7831357
Abstract: An apparatus for triggering restraint devices includes crash sensors inside and outside of a control unit. The apparatus checks a crash signal of the crash sensors using a plausibility signal. To check the crash signal, the apparatus receives the plausibility signal from a vehicle sensor outside of the control unit, and then triggers the restraint devices as a function of the crash signal and the first plausibility signal.

  • Patent number: 7523019
Abstract: A method for processing sensor data which are transmitted by at least one asynchronous sensor at a transfer rate into a buffer memory, the sensor data being read from the buffer memory at a predefined sampling rate, and a mean value being computed from a predefined number of read sensor data. The transfer rate to sampling rate ratio is selected in such a way that the number of sensor data averaged within a sampling period is n or (n+1), the mean values of the read sensor data being computed using a fixed synchronized phase shift with respect to the sampling rate, which is determined in averaging (n+1) sensor data, n being a natural number greater than or equal to two.
