Abstract: The invention relates to a moving walk having an endless conveyor member comprising pallets and at least one longitudinal drive member to which the pallets are connected, which drive member is engaged by a drive unit, whereby the endless conveyor member runs in a middle section of the moving walk along an upper conveying track and along a lower return track; at both ends of the middle section a respective end section is located, whereby each end section comprises an entrance/exit area of the moving walk and a transfer means for transferring the endless conveyer member from the conveyor track to the return track and vice versa.

Abstract: An adjusting device for a disc brake, in particular for utility vehicles, is provided. The adjusting device includes a freewheel having an inner ring and an outer ring. The inner ring and outer ring together with multiple rolling bearing balls form an axial ball bearing. The inner ring is rotatably supported relative to the outer ring by the rolling bearing balls. The freewheel further has a cage in which multiple clamping rollers are biased with compression springs and compression pieces, the cage being arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring in a radial direction relative to a through-bore passing through the inner and outer rings. The compression springs may be pretensioned by rotating the cage relative to the inner ring and then fixing the cage to on the inner ring with a locking device.

Abstract: A disc brake, preferably a compressed air-actuated disc brake, in particular for a motor vehicle, has a brake application mechanism with a brake rotary lever, at least one spindle unit having a threaded rod screwed into a bridge, and a brake caliper. The caliper frames an edge region of a brake disc. The brake caliper has a brake application portion and a caliper back which are connected together via tie bars. The brake application mechanism with the brake rotary lever is received in the brake application portion of the brake caliper from an application face side of the brake disc. The brake application portion of the brake caliper has a first region, in which the application mechanism and a force transmission portion of the brake rotary lever are arranged, a second region, which is formed as a lever housing, and a lever portion for the brake rotary lever.

Abstract: In order to display a set of media items in a visually pleasing manner, the relationship between the set of media items and a plurality of predefined media arrangements may be determined. A score corresponding to the set of media items may be compared to a score corresponding to each of the predefined media arrangements. The media item score and the media arrangement scores may be based on properties of the media items and properties of the media arrangements, respectively. The media arrangement that is most closely related to the set of media items may be identified based on the score comparison and the media items may be displayed in the identified media arrangement.

Abstract: A disc brake for a commercial vehicle includes a brake caliper that straddles a brake disc, a brake application device, arranged in the brake caliper, for pressing brake pads against the brake disc. Two parallel, spaced-apart adjusting spindles are mounted in a rotatable manner via a corresponding thread, in a bridge of the brake application device. A wear adjusting device is arranged in the brake caliper and compensates for a wear-related change in the clearance between the brake pad and the brake disc by axially moving the adjusting spindles. A synchronizing device includes a traction drive mechanism which allows the two adjusting spindles to be synchronously rotated. The fraction drive mechanism has a traction mechanism that meshes in a force transmitting manner with drive gears which are effectively connected to the adjusting spindles for conjoint rotation therewith. Each drive gear includes at least one form-fitting element which engages with an outer axial guide of the associated adjusting spindle.
