Patent number: 11784983Abstract: Systems and methods provide for a solution for encryption by dynamically opening multiple channels between the client and the server, where the channels include both secured (e.g., SSL/TLS and etc.) channels and non-secured channels. Non-sensitive information can be over non-secured channels, and sensitive information can be sent via the secured channels. The system can recognize whether the information is sensitive or not via the use of tags on a page or frame that delineate which information is sensitive. For instance, on a form, tags can mark off the areas of the form that may contain sensitive information, such as social security numbers, names, addresses, financial information, and other private information. All the data within the tags can be considered sensitive and so be communicated to the server via a secure channel while other data can be transmitted through unsecured channels.Type: GrantFiled: February 22, 2021Date of Patent: October 10, 2023Assignee: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.Inventors: Santosh Nichani, Ramanathan Ramanathan, Srinivas Vengala, Sri Rajesh Rayudu, Rameshchandra Bhaskar Ketharaju, Shanmukeswara Rao Donkada

Patent number: 11758403Abstract: Theft identification, prevention, and remedy are provided. A determination is made that a client device has been compromised. When the device makes the determination, a message is conveyed to the server and the server replies with a security challenge. When the server makes the determination, the security challenge is automatically sent to the device. An intelligence manager on the device attempts to answer the security question without interaction from the user. If there is an anomaly, a challenge is output to the user. Based on a false response to the challenge, a current data stream may be disrupted and removed from the device. Further, other devices in the network may be notified about the compromised device.Type: GrantFiled: October 8, 2021Date of Patent: September 12, 2023Assignee: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.Inventors: Saipavan K. Patent number: 11695768Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems and methods for locally conducting delegated authentication at edge nodes. In an embodiment, an edge node of a managed network receives, from an authentication system, authentication information for a user. The edge node stores the authentication information. The edge node receives, from a user device associated with the user, an authentication request that includes presented authentication information. The edge node determines whether one or more authentication criteria are met for the authentication request, and if so performs a set of authenticating operations. The one or more authentication criteria includes the presented authentication information matching the stored authentication information. The set of authenticating operations includes authenticating the user with respect to the managed network, as well as establishing an authenticated session for the user at the edge node.Type: GrantFiled: February 9, 2021Date of Patent: July 4, 2023Assignee: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.Inventors: Ramanathan Ramanathan, Chris Theodore Kalaboukis, Rameshchandra Bhaskar Ketharaju, Andres J. Patent number: 11682057Abstract: Techniques are described for a management system to facilitate a negotiation process and payment for a requested resource between a vehicle and a supplier machine. The vehicle sends a request for the resource to the management system. In response, the management system is configured to identify a set of candidate supplier machines from a plurality of supplier machines that provide the requested resource in accordance with one or more resource parameters. The management system then initiates a negotiation process with each of the supplier machines within the set of candidate supplier machines based on one or more negotiation parameters. Once a transaction for the requested resource is agreed upon, the management system forms a smart contract between the vehicle, the supplier machine, and the management system. The management system executes the smart contract once the resource request is fulfilled to disburse funds from the vehicle to the supplier machine.Type: GrantFiled: January 5, 2021Date of Patent: June 20, 2023Assignee: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.Inventor: Rameshchandra Bhaskar Ketharaju
