  • Patent number: 11172364
Abstract: Theft identification, prevention, and remedy are provided. A determination is made that a client device has been compromised. When the device makes the determination, a message is conveyed to the server and the server replies with a security challenge. When the server makes the determination, the security challenge is automatically sent to the device. An intelligence manager on the device attempts to answer the security question without interaction from the user. If there is an anomaly, a challenge is output to the user. Based on a false response to the challenge, a current data stream may be disrupted and removed from the device. Further, other devices in the network may be notified about the compromised device.

  • Patent number: 11132566
Abstract: The innovation discloses systems and methods of authenticating users using vein or blood vessel characteristics. The innovation retrieves, based on an authentication request, an authentication image associated with a user. The authentication image comprises a first predetermined point and a second predetermined point. The innovation projects the authentication image onto a body part of the user and reads a blood vessel from the body part. The user orients the blood vessel such that it corresponds to the predetermined points in the projected authentication image. The user is authenticated when the blood vessel appears to connect the predetermined points in the direction of the blood flow.

  • Patent number: 11120159
Abstract: Composite biometric authentication is provided to multiple users that share a financial account. The users can enroll the account for composite biometric authentication. The enrollment can include recording multiple biometrics of each user and storing them as a composite to use in authenticating user requests to authorize transactions involving the shared financial account. A unique combination of biometrics can be generated including a biometric of the multiple biometrics of each of the users and stored such that the unique combination must be provided to authenticate a future user request. To proceed with a transaction, a user of the multiple users initiates the transaction and provides their part of the unique combination. The other users provide their part of the unique combination by providing the specific biometric of the multiple biometrics they have previously provided. The transaction proceeds when all shares of the unique combination are provided and authenticated.

  • Patent number: 11038886
Abstract: The innovation disclosed and claimed herein, in one aspect thereof, comprises systems and methods of compliance management and determining non-compliance. The systems and methods can process a data request from a user and generate a permission token for a service operator and a service request for the data request. The systems and methods can determine a service operator that has permissions to solve the data request. The systems and methods can receive the permission token and the service request when the service operator has solved the data request and process the permission token and the service request upon completion of the data request by the service operator. The systems and methods can determine non-compliance based on receiving an expired permission token, an invalidated service request, or only one or neither of the two. The systems and methods can generate and alert and/or recommend security actions according to an escalation matrix.

  • Patent number: 10951591
Abstract: Systems and methods provide for a solution for encryption by dynamically opening multiple channels between the client and the server, where the channels include both secured (e.g., SSL/TLS and etc.) channels and non-secured channels. Non-sensitive information can be over non-secured channels, and sensitive information can be sent via the secured channels. The system can recognize whether the information is sensitive or not via the use of tags on a page or frame that delineate which information is sensitive. For instance, on a form, tags can mark off the areas of the form that may contain sensitive information, such as social security numbers, names, addresses, financial information and other private information. All the data within the tags can be considered sensitive and so be communicated to the server via a secure channel while other data can be transmitted through unsecured channels.

  • Patent number: 10776876
Abstract: Techniques are described for providing insurance coverage for a virtual wallet stored on a computing device. The virtual wallet has a value equal to a sum of assigned values of a plurality of virtual financial assets included in the virtual wallet. A user of the computing device purchases an insurance policy for the virtual wallet with an insured amount based on the value of the virtual wallet. The computing device is configured to send messages to an insurance server reporting an updated value of the virtual wallet based on changes to the assigned values of the virtual financial assets. The insurance server updates the insured amount of the insurance policy based on the updated value of the virtual wallet. Upon the virtual wallet being compromised, the insurance policy has an insured amount equal to the most recent updated value of the virtual wallet.

  • Patent number: 10733435
Abstract: Systems and methods provide for a document fraud detection system for identifying fraudulent documents. The document fraud detection system can include up to three steps of fraud detection, where if the document fails any of the three steps, the document can be flagged for further review. In another embodiment, the document fraud detection system can score each of the three tests, where the scores represent the likelihood that the document is fraudulent. If the combined score satisfies a predetermined criterion, the document can be flagged as potentially fraudulent. The three tests can include analyzing a scanned image of the document and comparing to other similar documents to determine if there have been any alterations. The second test can compare indents to previous documents, and the third test can analyze chemical and biometric factors that may indicate whether the document has been altered.
