Abstract: A method, computer program product, and computing system for defining a first user within a social network, wherein a first social currency amount is associated with the first user of the social network. A first virtual paywall is associated with the first user of the social network. A second user is defined within the social network, wherein a second social currency amount is associated with the second user of the social network. A portion of the second social currency amount is transferred, via the first virtual paywall, to a first account associated with the first social currency amount. In response to transferring the portion of the second social currency amount, a commercial transaction is effectuated between the first user of the social network and the second user of the social network.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for determining an insurance evaluation based on an industrial classification. The system may be configured to receive search data relating to the entity seeking insurance coverage and query an interface of a third-party platform based on the search data. The system may then be configured to receive third-party platform interface data from the third-party platform, analyze the data to determine a web site address for a web page on the third-party platform relating to the entity, and retrieve third-party platform web site data from the web page on the third-party platform indicative of content related to the entity. The system may then output, based on the third-party platform interface data and web site data, first data indicative of at least one industrial classification associated with the entity.

Abstract: A system and method for connection of an application program to its corresponding database in a relational database system environment. Rather than embedding connection configuration information or properties in an application program, connection configurations are stored in a connection configuration repository. The connection configuration repository is likewise stored in a database within the relational database system environment. The connection configuration information stored in the configuration repository may be updated, revised, deleted or assembled into groups/subgroups, without affecting the application programs.

Abstract: A method for maintaining a common billing identifier for a user session in a communication network is presented. In the method, an authentication node of the communication network receives a first authentication request associated with a user session. In response to the first authentication request, a billing identifier associated with the user session is transferred from the authentication node to a source of the first authentication request. A second authentication request associated with the same user session is received at the authentication node. In response to the second authentication request, the same billing identifier is transferred from the authentication node to a source of the second authentication request.

Abstract: A method is provided for maintaining a common billing identifier for a user session in a communication network. In the method, an authentication request associated with a user session is transferred from an access node of the communication network to an authentication node of the network. The access node receives an authentication acknowledgment transferred from the authentication node in response to the request. In response to the acknowledgment, a billing identifier associated with the user session is generated at the access node. The billing identifier is transferred from the access node to an application node of the communication network.

The system may be configured to receive entity data relating to an entity for which insurance coverage is sought, and query an interface of a third-party platform based on the entity data. Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for a documentation system. Documentation topics for publishing in a node are received from a client. Embodiments of the disclosure determine whether the documentation topic has been assigned a topic identifier. Topic identifiers are assigned if the documentation topic has not been assigned a topic identifier and the documentation topic is assigned to at least one node in the documentation system. The documentation topics are stored in a data store and the topic identifiers are transmitted to the client. The topics are then published in at least one node of the documentation system.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for providing quotes on multiple types of insurance policies concurrently. The quotes are individually personalized rather than a class or group quote. The methods and systems significantly reduce the number of insurability questions required to obtain a quote. This reduced set of questions may be used to generate quotes on multiple policies concurrently for a given type of insurance. The methods and systems, however, are applicable to multiple types of insurance. Similarly, the quotes may be “directionally correct” quotes, or they may be provided as a range of possible premiums. Quotes for family members may also be obtained at the same time on similar insurance policies. Personal information may be automatically prefilled to the extent such information is available. Other aspects include the ability to apply for the quoted insurance policies directly from the quotes and to save the quotes for subsequent retrieval.

A ventilation cycle control comprises first and second pump controllers connected to the inspiration and expiration pumps, respectively, to produce a ventilation cycle having independently controlled inspiration and expiration profiles.

Abstract: A method and system for updating an OS of an embedded device. The embedded device provides its current OS version information to a mobile operation network via a SMS message. The embedded device can provide its current OS version information to a mobile operation network in response to a request from a mobile operator network that has implemented the SyncML specifications promulgated by the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA). The mobile operator network interacts with the datacenter to provide the embedded devices's current OS version and get the address of the image update. The mobile operator service sends the address to the embedded device via another SMS message. The embedded device downloads the image update using the RF link via a global packet radio service (GPRS) connection.
