  • Publication number: 20230325802
Abstract: A merchant terminal or a customer terminal receives first input(s) associated with a first POS transaction with a first customer. Based on the first input(s), it is determined that the first POS transaction is in a first item-input portion and so the merchant terminal is designated as a state control terminal for the first POS transaction. Based on a trigger event occurring for the first POS transaction, it is determined that the first POS transaction is in a payment-input portion, and the customer terminal is designated as the state control terminal. Second input(s) associated with a second POS transaction with a second customer are received prior to receiving payment input to the first POS transaction and while the customer terminal is the state control terminal for the first POS transaction. Based on the second input(s), it is determined that that the second POS transaction is in a second-transaction item-input portion.

  • Patent number: 11681994
Abstract: A point of sale system includes a merchant terminal and a customer terminal. The merchant terminal is configured to display a user interface (UI) window on the merchant terminal. The UI window on the merchant terminal displays a merchant-specific version of a screen displayed on the customer terminal. The merchant terminal receives updates from the customer terminal regarding the status of the payment portion for a transaction. The merchant terminal can provide an input to the UI window which is sent as a message to the customer terminal. Control of state for the point of sale system is shared such that when the system is in a first state, the merchant terminal is the state control terminal, and when the point of sale system is in a second state, the customer terminal is the state control terminal and has control of state for the system.

  • Publication number: 20230030295
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide a delivery device including a tubular outer jacket having a distal end and a tyne assembly including a shaft supporting at least one tyne. In some aspects, an inner jacket is positioned within the outer jacket, wherein the tyne assembly is positioned between the outer jacket and the inner jacket. The delivery device has a delivery configuration in which the tynes are maintained within the outer jacket and a deployed configuration in which the tynes extend from a distal end of the tubular outer jacket. Aspects of the disclosure also provide methods of conducting a percutaneous coronary intervention including utilizing one or more tyne assemblies to engage the tynes of each tyne assembly with the frame to maintain the position of the delivery device.

  • Publication number: 20220257360
Abstract: A “dry” packaging in which a prosthetic heart valve is packaged within a container with hydrogel that can be provided in many forms. Certain embodiments include hydrogel that is preloaded with glycerol or the like. The hydrogel regulates the humidity within the container through a diffusion-driven mechanism if a gradient of humidity between the inside and the outside of the hydrogel exists. Humidity regulation is important to prevent the tissue of the valve structure from drying out. When the partially-hydrated hydrogel is present within container, which is saturated with air of a predefined humidity, the water molecules from the air will be absorbed by the hydrogel if the air humidity is high (i.e. when the thermodynamics favor hydrogel hydration) or vice versa. Various embodiments are configured to also house at least a portion of a delivery device for delivering the prosthetic heart valve.

  • Publication number: 20220143869
Abstract: A vehicle includes a chassis, a cab, a drum coupled to the chassis and configured to mix a concrete mixture received therein and selectively dispense the concrete mixture, a chute configured to be operable between a raised position and a lowered position such that, when in the lowered position, the chute is configured to receive the concrete mixture from the drum and provide the concrete mixture to a work location, a sensor configured to detect an operational characteristic and provide signals relating to the operational characteristics, and a control system. The control system is configured to receive the signals relating to the operational characteristic from the sensor, determine, based on signals relating to the operational characteristic, when the vehicle entered an operational state, generate a timestamp indicating when the vehicle entered the operational state, provide the timestamp and the operational state to a fleet management system.

  • Patent number: 10485628
Abstract: A delivery system package includes a tray, a delivery system, and a slip card between the tray and the delivery system. To remove the delivery system, a pull tab of the slip card is moved to raise the slip card including the delivery system from the tray. At the same time, this moves the slip card over a lid sealing flange of the tray, considered a non-sterile surface in accordance one embodiment. Accordingly, the slip card extends over the lid sealing flange preventing contact between the delivery system and the lid sealing flange. In addition, the slip card effectively forms a ramp for sterile removal of the delivery system from the tray.
