  • Publication number: 20120018464
Abstract: A clothing organizer includes a frame having a hanger section and a clothing support section which pivots relative to the hanger section between a first storage position and a second access position. A plurality of elongated receivers are aligned along a common plane and spaced apart from each other and extend perpendicularly from the clothing support section. Each of the receivers defines a fixed end attached to the clothing support section and a free end cantilevered perpendicular to the clothing support section. A sleeve can be removably attachable to any of the receivers. The sleeve slidably engages and can be pivotable about the selected receiver. A handle can be fixed to the clothing support section at an end opposite the hanger section and the hanger section includes a hook to attach the clothing organizer to a closet rod or the like.

  • Publication number: 20110306474
Abstract: A rope-less jump rope and resistance exercise device includes a jump rope handle having a longitudinal length between a first and second end. A resistance handle is attached to the first end of the jump rope handle disposed substantially perpendicular to the jump rope handle. A single ball-and-socket assembly is attached between the second end of the jump rope handle and a receiver. An elongated lash includes a connector end and a free end, where the connector end is removably connectable with the receiver. The receiver includes a slotted aperture and a stop. An elongated and resiliently stretchable resistance member includes a pair of second connector ends, where either of the pair of second connector ends are removably connectable with the receiver. An identical pair of the jump rope handle, ball-and-socket assembly, receiver, lash and resistance member form the rope-less jump rope and resistance exercise device.

  • Patent number: 8075455
Abstract: A rope-less jump rope exercise device includes a handle and a flexible, elongated lash having a first end associated with the handle and a second end. A ball-and-socket assembly interconnects the first end of the lash and the handle in order to provide rotary movement of the lash relative to the handle in all directions. The handle, lash and ball-and-socket assembly form one half of a pair of identical jump rope exercise assemblies which jointly comprise the jump rope exercise device. Alternatively, a rope-less jump rope exercise device includes a handle defining an inner cavity and a flexible, elongated lash having a first end at partially disposed within the inner cavity and a second end. A spring disposed within the inner cavity is configured to interconnect the handle and the lash and resist movement of the lash out of the inner cavity.

  • Publication number: 20110230312
Abstract: The multi-exercise trainer includes a portable workout board having a low-friction upper surface. The low-friction upper surface includes a set of indicia concentrically spaced from one another to provide visual guidance for performing exercises thereon. The multi-exercise trainer further includes a hand pad slidable and rotatable over the low-friction upper surface. The indicia designate defined distances on the low-friction upper surface so a user may selectively position and slide the hand pad thereon while simultaneously performing push-ups.

  • Publication number: 20110230313
Abstract: The exercise slider includes a base having planar sides that selectively attach to an interchangeable handle and an interchangeable pad. The interchangeable handle attaches to one side of the base opposite the interchangeable pad. Attachment of the handle and pad to the base permits selective sliding movement of the exercise slider over a surface such that the handle remains in a substantially fixed position relative to the pad through common attachment to the base.

  • Publication number: 20110225701
Abstract: A pre-manufactured knot for a neck tie has a cylindrical, hollow ring configured to simulate the appearance of a conventional knot on a neck tie. A loop of the neck tie is passed through the ring and placed around the neck of a wearer. The loop is then tightened so as to approximate the size of the wearer's neck and the ring rests in the join of the shirt collar. The ring bears a pattern to match the pattern on the neck tie. An insert-tee is included to lock the ring in place with respect to the neck tie.

  • Patent number: 8012047
Abstract: The football pass receiving trainer includes a cord extending between a first support and a second support and includes a pad selectively positionable along the length of the cord, wherein the pad is sized so a receiver must catch a football around the pad with the hands and extended arms and elbows. The cord stretches upon contact with the foam pad and is selectively tensioned between the first support and the second support. The football pass receiving trainer is usable as a stand-alone unit via a free-standing base and plurality of slidingly engageable feet or through use of a hook and stabilizing cord that cooperate to selectively secure the support to the chain link fence.

  • Publication number: 20100323824
Abstract: The football pass catching trainer includes a vest wearable by a receiver and at least one interference pad selectively removable from the vest. The vest and the associated interference pad are configured to require the receiver wearing the vest to catch a football with arms and elbows extended away from the interference pad. The vest may include a retainment mechanism and indicia that enable the receiver to selectively position the interference pad on the vest to practice the proper techniques for catching a football.

  • Patent number: 7794337
Abstract: The tackling dummy includes a slide having a ground-engaging skid and an upward extending frame configured to receive a channel formed in an anthropomorphic body having a front side and a relatively narrower profile side. The channel extends upwardly into the anthropomorphic body from a lower side thereof and engages the upwardly extending frame for positioning the anthropomorphic body in one of two primary configurations relative to the slide. These configurations are rotationally spaced about the longitudinal axis of the channel approximately 90° from one another.

  • Patent number: 7559948
Abstract: An intracardiac stent for total cavopulmonary anastomosis has a large-diameter plastic-coated mesh conduit with circular-section lower portion and a progressively flattened upper portion of the same cross-sectional area as the lower portion. Both portions extend along a curved axis. The upper end is bifurcated into two smaller-diameter branches, one of which is also of circular section and extends in an arc along the axis. The other branch is flattened and extends obliquely to the side so as to give the stent the shape of a lopsided Y. In use the upper and lower portions are lodged in the heart with a lower end of the lower portion fitted to the lower vena cava and hepatic vena, the one branch tightly fitted to the left pulmonary artery and blocking the main pulmonary artery, and the other branch fitted to the base of the right pulmonary artery.

  • Publication number: 20080115396
Abstract: The protective paper holder has a pair of adjacent, planar, generally transparent and waterproof sheets sealed to one another about a portion of their periphery to form an interior, paper-sheet receiving compartment and an access opening for the paper-sheet receiving compartment. A sealing means associated with the access opening selectively seals the access opening from the surrounding environment. Preferably, this sealing means forms a watertight seal via a zip-lock seal, a set of tongue-in-groove fasteners, a zipper, or a set of hook and loop fasteners.
