  • Publication number: 20210134431
Abstract: A medical fluid delivery system including analytics for managing patient engagement and treatment compliance is disclosed. In an example, an interface device receives treatment data from a dialysis machine for a patient undergoing dialysis. An analytics processor determines dialysis treatment parameter values by comparing the treatment data to a record of a prescribed therapy or program. The dialysis treatment parameter values may include a lost treatment time parameter value, a lost dwell time parameter value, and/or a completed treatment days parameter value. The analytics processor causes the dialysis treatment parameter values to be displayed within a user interface on a clinician device. The dialysis treatment parameter values provide an indication as to how well the patient is complying with the prescribed therapy or program, and may be used by a clinician to help a patient improve compliance if needed.

  • Publication number: 20210073293
Abstract: Technology is disclosed for proactively enriching content of electronic communications through predicting user intents. User-composed content within an electronic communication is observed and used to predict one or more intents each associated with a task related to the communication and to be completed in creating the communication. Task-queries may be generated based on the detected intents and entities extracted from the user-composed content, contextual information, or other information related to the user, such as a user-knowledge database. User selection of a suggested task-query automatically executes the task-query, and the results are provided to the user. Each result may include an action involving adding content to or supplementing the content of the electronic communication. A conversational digital assistant may further be invoked to interact with the user to confirm and/or modify suggested task-queries and results of selected task-queries.

  • Publication number: 20210029313
Abstract: An image sensor may include an array of image pixels. Control circuitry coupled to the array of pixels may be configured to operate the image pixels in an overflow mode of operation, in which each pixel generates an overflow image signal and a complete image signal from a single exposure time period. The overflow image signals and the complete image signals from the pixels may be used to generate a high dynamic range image. While the floating diffusion region in each pixel is not in use, control circuitry may control that pixel to generate a reference signal at the floating diffusion region indicative of pixel-specific dark signal noise. Processing circuitry may mitigate for dark signal non-uniformity across the pixels by correcting the complete image signals using the reference signal to remove dark signal noise in the complete image signals.

  • Publication number: 20200384166
Abstract: A negative pressure wound therapy apparatus can include a wound dressing, a fluid collection container, a vacuum pump comprising a pump motor, and tubing. Additionally, the apparatus can include a pressure sensor that measures a pressure in the tubing. One or more tubes can channel a fluid between the wound dressing, the fluid collection canister, and the pump. In addition, first and second control circuits can be provided for controlling the pump motor without using a processor. The first control circuit can generate a difference signal between a desired pressure input and a pressure sensor input, and can further generate a motor control signal responsive to the difference signal. Moreover, a second control circuit can provide an override signal based at least in part on the difference signal and at least one reference signal. The override signal beneficially overrides the motor control signal to prevent the pump motor from stalling.

  • Patent number: 10860998
Abstract: Payment processing is described that uses two-portion tokens at a point-of-service. In one example, a service-provider computer receives a request to stage an order for a merchant computer from a customer mobile device. The service-provider computer generates a token having (1) a first portion encoded in the token representing first information not specific to the order including a designation of an overall fee to be provided by a customer including a payment to the merchant computer for the order and a portion of the overall fee to be provided to a point-of-service and (2) a second portion encoded in the token representing second information specific to the order. The token is transmitted to the mobile for display and payment at a point-of-service. The point-of-service confirms receipt of payment and of the token.

  • Patent number: 10812708
Abstract: An imaging device may have an array of image sensor pixels. The array of image sensor pixels may have main pixels and reference pixels that are overlapped by optical stacks. The reference pixels may be more resistant to weathering, such as solar degradation, than the main pixels. For example, optical stacks overlapping the main pixels may include antireflection coatings, while optical stacks overlapping the reference pixels may not include antireflection coatings. Alternatively or additionally, the optical stacks overlapping the main pixels may include color filter resist formed from a first pigment, and the optical stacks overlapping the reference pixels may include color filter resist formed from a second pigment that is more resistant to weathering than the first pigment. Processing circuitry may compare outputs of the main pixels and the reference pixels to determine whether pixels in the array have been damaged.
