  • Publication number: 20240406145
Abstract: A system and method for automated cybersecurity defensive strategy analysis that predicts the evolution of new cybersecurity attack strategies and makes recommendations for cybersecurity improvements to networked systems based on a cost/benefit analysis. The system and method use machine learning algorithms to run simulated attack and defense strategies against a model of the networked system created using a directed graph. Recommendations are generated based on an analysis of the simulation results against a variety of cost/benefit indicators.

Abstract: The present invention pertains to a thrombectomy device comprising a cylindrical proximal portion, a dome-shaped distal portion, a transition portion, and a coil. The cylindrical proximal portion forms a stent frame having a first lattice network of a first plurality of interconnecting segments. The first plurality of interconnecting segments is configured to exert a first radial force against an inner wall of a blood vessel. The dome-shaped distal portion forms a protection cage having a second lattice network of a second plurality of interconnecting segments. The second plurality of interconnecting segments is configured to exert a second radial force against the inner wall of the blood vessel. The transition portion is arranged between the stent frame and the protection cage. The coil is formed at a distal end of the protection cage.

  • Patent number: 12160497
Abstract: A clock generator circuit may include a multiplex circuit and a phase-locked loop circuit. The multiplex circuit may generate a reference clock signal for the phase-locked loop circuit by selecting one of different clock signals. In response to a switch of the reference clock signal from one clock signal to another, the phase-locked loop circuit may disable phase-locking and enter into a frequency acquisition mode during which the frequency of the phase-locked loop circuit's output clock signal is adjusted based on the frequency of the newly selected reference clock signal. After a period of time has elapsed, the phase-locked loop circuit returns to phase-locking operation.

  • Patent number: 12156939
Abstract: A “nanolipogel” is a delivery vehicle including one or more lipid layer surrounding a hydrogel core, which may include an absorbent such as a cyclodextrin or ion-exchange resin. Nanolipogels can be constructed so as to incorporate a variety of different chemical entities that can subsequently be released in a controlled fashion. These different incorporated chemical entities can differ dramatically with respect to size and composition. Nanolipogels have been constructed to contain co-encapsulated proteins as well as small hydrophobic drugs within the interior of the lipid bilayer. Agents incorporated within nanolipogels can be released into the milieu in a controlled fashion, for example, nanolipogels provide a means of achieving simultaneous sustained release of agents that differ widely in chemical composition and molecular weight. Additionally, nanolipogels can favorably modulate biodistribution.

  • Patent number: 12136151
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media for generating digital images depicting photorealistic scenes utilizing a digital image collaging neural network. For example, the disclosed systems utilize a digital image collaging neural network having a particular architecture for disentangling generation of scene layouts and pixel colors for different regions of a digital image. In some cases, the disclosed systems break down the process of generating a collage digital into generating images representing different regions such as a background and a foreground to be collaged into a final result. For example, utilizing the digital image collaging neural network, the disclosed systems determine scene layouts and pixel colors for both foreground digital images and background digital images to ultimately collage the foreground and background together into a collage digital image depicting a real-world scene.

  • Patent number: 12079947
Abstract: A computing system and method to generate an avatar wearing a piece of clothing. Given a generic clothing model acquired for the avatar, the system generates a customized clothing model based on uniformly scaling the generic clothing model according to a size of the avatar, identifies one or more edges or boundaries of the clothing, deforms a clothing mesh of the scaled clothing model at the one or more edges by stretching and/or shrinking the edges, and performs a physical simulation of fitting the deformed clothing model on the avatar to generate a fitted clothing model for the avatar. User interfaces can be optionally provided to interactively adjust the scaling, deforming, and/or physical simulation of the clothing models.
