  • Publication number: 20240094158
Abstract: The present invention teaches multiple three-dimensional nanosensing geometries for simultaneously assaying both large and small bio-related molecules in one device. The invention delivers broader sensitivity and selectivity than devices that assay small or large molecules separately. The combination assays all classes of molecules, e.g., proteins, lipoproteins, nucleoproteins, lipids, phospholipids, carbohydrates, nucleic acids, simple sugars, hormones, volatile organic compounds, drugs, drug metabolites, etc. Broad collection enables i) rapid and accurate diagnosis, ii) likely courses of treatments, and iii) timely feedback that monitors and follows the progressions of treatment(s). In one example, a patients pattern of blood lipids, proteins—including proteins with alternate cleavage patterns, peptides—including endocrine peptides, thyroxine (and/or other hormones), and drug metabolites, forms a profile specific to that patient at that time.

  • Publication number: 20240086961
Abstract: A social network server computer forms a social network including a primary member linked to a plurality of secondary members, each of whom provides a member profile. A network profile is generated based on an analysis of the member profiles. A social network server computer then determines a relative value of the social network with respect to a merchant by analyzing the associated network profile, and offers a merchant incentive to the primary member of the network as a function of the determined relative value. In a second embodiment, a merchant computer associated with a merchant determines a relative value of the social network with respect to a merchant by analyzing the network profile, and offers a merchant incentive to the primary member of the network as a function of the determined relative value. The merchant incentives may be also offered to the secondary members of the associated social network.

  • Publication number: 20240079148
Abstract: The present invention provides a process and method for repurposing existing compounds by leveraging genomic, phenotypic and pharmacological data to cure disease. Applying advanced mathematical analytics using massively interconnected computing capabilities to identify target rich sets of existing compounds available for animal testing at the earliest stage in the process collapses cycle time of development, dramatically reducing costs. Target rich sets obtained through this invention produce compounds or compositions which each have a demonstrated ability to modulate disease or an associated phenotypic expression. By rendering the mechanism of action irrelevant, this invention collapses the time and cost to discovery of an efficacious drug from decades to days and from $Billions to $Millions.

  • Publication number: 20240027413
Abstract: Disclosed is a device for testing or screening individuals for symptoms of disease, exposure to restricted chemical or bio-hazards. The device may be configured as a compact box or tubular assay chamber. A sluice or walkway is provided for assaying moving animals. The present device assays volatile compounds, especially volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitting from a subject individual. Different VOCs are produced as metabolic activity changes as an individual addresses a pathogenic, chemical or biological stress or progresses through normal biologic cycles such as sleepwake, seasonal, fertility, etc. The system is especially advantageous for timing breeding events and apportioning feed for desired levels of milk production and calf health. Nanosensor elements within the device provide assessment of multiple VOCs to a system with integrated analysis capacities that rapidly compares instant data to a developed database.

  • Publication number: 20240003917
Abstract: A disease, by definition, is an undesired or abnormal state. Diseases are characterized by symptoms that may change during disease progression. But each symptom is underpinned by at least one factor that alters metabolism within cells of the body. Without at least one change in cell activity (metabolism) there would be no symptoms. These metabolic alterations involve modified rates or occurrence of alternate biochemical reactions. Disease-associated patterns of reactions (metabolisms) produce a characterizing or signature pattern of reaction products and byproducts. These metabolites, especially volatile organic metabolites (VOCs), may be assayed using a device of this invention to produce results that indicate a subject's disease or class of diseases and to differentiate between diseases.

  • Publication number: 20230381294
Abstract: The present invention teaches a system and method for identifying, targeting and destroying cancer cells without harming healthy tissue. This invention uses a vector engineered virus to selectively seek out cells that are both hotter than normal with a pH factor that is lower than normal thereby identifying cells that are cancerous regardless of location. Cancer succeeds for two reasons: i) rapid growth and ii) failure of the body's immune system to recognize the aberrant cells. This novel approach of using a dual vectored virus creates a dominant preference for locating and attaching to cancer cells, eliminating the need for chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and most major surgeries.

Abstract: The present invention provides an improved system, device, and method for determining a comprehensive state of health in real time using non-invasive patient testing. The invention characterizes disease and other states of health by simultaneously assaying both liquid and gas in a sample or samples. During metabolism, the body performs a large variety of biochemical reactions. Reaction products, reaction by-products, and breakdown products are transported by the circulatory system throughout the body. Many of these molecular products are labile and volatilize into gases from bodily liquids. In gas form, these compounds appear as volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

  • Publication number: 20230214870
Abstract: Social network members control access to and utilization of their data. Static information associated with the member is acquired, and computer-based activities of the member are recorded to generate dynamic information associated with the member. A set of member preferences are acquired from the member, including an identification of a third party to whom access of the member profile is granted by the member in exchange for compensation to the member. A member profile is constructed including the static information associated with the member, the dynamic information associated with the member, and the member preferences. The member profile is transmitted to the third party identified in the member preferences, and compensation is provided to the member exchange for access to the member profile. The member profile is stored in a blockchain ledger and is updated by recording each computer-based activity to a record in the blockchain ledger.
