  • Publication number: 20260092906
Abstract: An apparatus and method for determining the presence of a disease by analyzing a specimen by providing a vial partially containing the specimen and partially containing a headspace above the specimen, injecting an inert gas into the specimen in the vial to cause bubbling of the gas throughout at least a portion of the specimen such that the gas mixes with volatile organic compounds (VOCs) present in the specimen to create a VOC/gas mixture that is released into the headspace, collecting the VOC/gas mixture from the headspace in the vial, supplying the VOC/gas mixture to a chamber within the apparatus, causing the VOC/gas mixture to pass over a sensor array in proximity to the chamber, the sensor array generating an electrical signal as a function of VOCs detected in the VOC/gas mixture, and processing the electrical signal to determine the presence of a disease in the specimen.

  • Publication number: 20250352628
Abstract: The present invention provides a vector engineered virus designed to favor and infect cancers and surrounding cells. This technique mitigates cancer's ability to evade the body's immune system by calling attention to the cells that are cancerous beginning with their earliest stage of development by infecting those cells with a vector engineered virus specifically designed to target tumors in formation. This invention teaches a system and method for identifying, tagging, targeting, and destroying cancer cells while preserving healthy tissue. Developing cancers have two primary traits/biomarkers in common; one being a higher than normal heat signature from elevated metabolic activity; with the second being an acidic or lower than normal pH resulting from the hypoxic micro environment resulting from the depletion of available oxygen. Simply stated, all or most cancers have a heat signature greater than that of normal healthy cells and a pH lower than seen around normal healthy cells.

  • Publication number: 20250325600
Abstract: This invention teaches systems and methods for identifying, targeting and destroying cancer cells. As cells progress from a normal to a cancerous state their accelerated metabolic rates and adapted pathways generate a higher heat signature that serves as a targeting beacon for a specialized cell-killing vector. Suitable vectors include modified/adapted intracellular bacteria. Especially preferred is the bacterial vector because of its ease of production. The bacterial vector is selectively targeted to recognize cells whose temperature is slightly elevated and ambient pH suppressed due to cancer related alterations to metabolism. An additional targeting feature, such as recognition of the MCT4 transmembrane protein exaggeratively expressed on the cancer cell membrane, may provide additional targeting.

  • Patent number: 12412483
Abstract: A drone traffic management system comprising a computer comprising memory means for storing origin coordinates indicating an origin location of a drone, destination coordinates indicating a destination of the drone, and traffic management factors located between the origin location of the drone and the destination of the drone; and processing means for controlling the flight of a drone. This is accomplished by calculating a flight path for the drone to fly automatically from the origin location to the destination location without manual intervention, sending the flight path to the drone, receiving location data of the drone as it travels from the origin location to the destination, re-calculating the flight path of the drone as a function of the traffic management factors and the location data of the drone, and sending the re-calculated flight path to the drone.

  • Patent number: 12372492
Abstract: The present invention provides a process and method for the early detection and diagnosis of disease by reading and decoding volatile organic compounds (VOCs) for signatures associated with a specific disease. Urine is available as a diagnostic sample providing its off gas with VOCs for rapid screening from its outset, each disease begins producing its own unique set of volatile organic compounds. For many diseases, this early-stage detection may be many months or years before noticeable symptoms. The VOC emissions when analyzed, result in a “signature” that identifies and distinguishes the developing, or at later stages, the developed disease. The device assays non-invasively obtained biosamples in real-time to output a VOC based signature that, when correlated with data in a disease signature library, identifies one or more diseases associated with the sample.

  • Patent number: 12332228
Abstract: Disclosed is a device for testing or screening individuals for symptoms of disease, exposure to restricted chemical or bio-hazards. The device may be configured as a compact box or tubular assay chamber. A sluice or walkway is provided for assaying moving animals. The present device assays volatile compounds, especially volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitting from a subject individual. Different VOCs are produced as metabolic activity changes as an individual addresses a pathogenic, chemical or biological stress or progresses through normal biologic cycles such as sleepwake, seasonal, fertility, etc. The system is especially advantageous for timing breeding events and apportioning feed for desired levels of milk production and calf health. Nanosensor elements within the device provide assessment of multiple VOCs to a system with integrated analysis capacities that rapidly compares instant data to a developed database.

  • Patent number: 12194020
Abstract: This invention reverses male pattern baldness by shocking dormant hair follicles out of their androgen induced hibernation phase back to the active hair-growing anagenic phase. The invention integrates two functions: 1) It blocks synthesis of compounds holding the follicles in the telogenic/hibernating phase and 2) It stimulates synthesis of compounds animating the hair-growing/anagenic phase in the follicular activity cycle. One preferred embodiment comprises an enzyme inhibitor blocking the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a flavonoid simultaneously increasing synthesis of prostaglandins alternative to prostaglandin D2, and a selected cannabinoid compound stimulating restore the hair follicle to its normal growth cycle. This novel trimodal therapy restores the hair follicles to their normal cycling processes and maintains these restorative properties so long as this rebalance in maintained.
