Abstract: A method and system are provided which generate a collateral quality formula, based on a data set of collateral quality values, used to guide purchases and sales of collateral by CDO managers to satisfy investment ratings requirements, such as those established by independent ratings services, such as, for example, Moody's Investors Service, without having to adhere to the more limited defined parameters of a collateral quality value matrix.

Abstract: In a first aspect, a first method of providing communication to a user via one of a plurality of network devices is provided. The first method includes the steps of (1) receiving a plurality of communications for the user from one or more of the network devices in a message queue; (2) selecting a network device based on at least one of respective time thresholds and respective priorities associated with the plurality of network devices; and (3) determining whether the selected network device can receive a communication from the message queue based on at least one of a profile associated with the user adapted to define how the user receives the communication on one or more of the network devices and a ruleset adapted to define how the communication is handled based on criteria associated with the communication. Abstract: Antibodies that bind to polypeptides and peptides comprising the sequence of zalpha11 Ligand as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2 are described. The antibodies may bind the full length sequence of 162 amino acid residues or a fragment thereof, including a mature polypeptide of 131 amino acid residues and smaller polypeptide and peptide sequences. The antibodies may include antibodies that are polyclonal, monoclonal, murine, humanized or neutralizing. Methods for producing the antibodies are also described.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a composite separator plate for a fuel cell stack. The method includes preparing expanded graphite into particles, and dispersing the expanded graphite particles into a polymeric resin. The resin, including the graphite particles, is compression molded to form the separator plate. In one embodiment, the expanded graphite is dispersed into the polymeric resin by mixing it in to the resin. In an alternate embodiment, the expanded graphite is sprinkled into the polymeric resin using an SMC-like process.

A longitudinal tow bar is attached to the frame at a first end, the tow bar including a connector at a second distal end. The cart further includes a container having a base, a plurality of generally vertical sidewalls and an angled rear wall, the container being pivotally attached to the frame and releasably coupled to the tow bar.

Abstract: A device which is used to cool the power electronics of a vehicle, by circulating a liquid through a cooling circuit which is mounted under a plate bearing the power electronics. According to the invention, the cooling circuit can include deflectors and/or turbulators in order to increase the exchange coefficient between the cooling circuit and the cooling liquid. The invention also relates to a method of producing the device.

Abstract: Computer program source code may be parsed to generate corresponding type constraints. The type constraints may be incrementally resolved to achieve incremental type inferencing of various programmatic elements specified by the source code. In contrast to conventional type inference, incremental type inferencing may enable the inference of type information for programmatic elements specified by a programming language that was not designed for type inference. One or more type constraints may be incrementally added to a constraint set and the constraint set repeatedly unified. Unification anomalies may arise during this process. For example, type mismatches corresponding to potential flaws in the source code may be detected by the unification process. In response to some or all of these anomalies, one or more entries may be made in a type anomaly audit. A separate such audit may be provided with respect to each intended deployment platform.

Abstract: A system for classifying and managing keywords across multiple campaigns comprises a classification manager, a bid management system, a web analytics tool and a search engine. The classification manager interfaces with the bid management system and the web analytics tool to provide user interfaces for reviewing data about specific keywords across multiple campaigns. The classification manager includes a classification keyword repository, a classification creation module, a classification measurement module and a classification user interface module for generating the user interface. This is particularly advantageous because statistics corresponding to keywords can be classified across multiple campaigns to provide greater flexibility in the analysis of web data. The present invention also includes a novel method for the classification of keywords across multiple campaigns.

Abstract: The present invention provides double stranded compositions wherein each strand is modified to have a motif defined by positioning of ?-D-ribonucleosides and sugar modified nucleosides. More particularly, the present compositions comprise one strand having an alternating motif and another strand having a hemimer motif, a blockmer motif, a fully modified motif or a positionally modified motif. At least one of the strands has complementarity to a nucleic acid target. The compositions are useful for targeting selected nucleic acid molecules and modulating the expression of one or more genes. In preferred embodiments the compositions of the present invention hybridize to a portion of a target RNA resulting in loss of normal function of the target RNA. The present invention also provides methods for modulating gene expression.

Abstract: The invention describes devices for performing thermodynamic work on a fluid, such as pumps, compressors and fans. The thermodynamic work may be used to provide a driving force for moving the fluid. Work performed on the fluid may be transmitted to other devices, such as a piston in a hydraulic actuation device. The devices may include one or more electroactive polymer transducers with an electroactive polymer that deflects in response to an application of an electric field. The electroactive polymer may be in contact with a fluid where the deflection of the electroactive polymer may be used to perform thermodynamic work on the fluid. The devices may be designed to efficiently operate at a plurality of operating conditions, such as operating conditions that produce an acoustic signal above or below the human hearing range. The devices may be used in thermal control systems, such as refrigeration system, cooling systems and heating systems.

A transmitter includes a scrambler for scrambling original data, an ECC encoder for converting scrambled data into ECC data, and a serializer for converting the ECC data into a serial stream. A receiver includes a frame recoverer for converting the serial data into frame data, an ECC decoder from converting the frame data into ECC data and error indications, and a descrambler for restoring the original data. By using the results of the ECC decoding to convert the serial data into frame data, line decoding is unnecessary, thereby reducing channel usage.
