  • Publication number: 20200167717
Abstract: The present approach relates generally to systems and methods for generating a resource allocation record with a client instance hosted by one or more data centers, wherein the client instance is accessible by one or more remote client networks. In accordance with the present approach, a rate request that includes a resource time range and one or more resource attributes is received and, in response, a resource table is retrieved. Further, candidate records from the resource table are identified based on a comparison between the resource plan time range and the resource availability data of each record. Further still, a subset of the candidate records is identified based on a comparison between the resource attributes of the rate request. Even further, one or more resource allocation records are outputting based on the resource plan time range and a rate of at least one of the subset of candidate records.

  • Publication number: 20200162414
Abstract: Technologies are provided for generation of composite messages using qualifying events corresponding to respective ticketed performances and qualifying actions of a subscriber of a service platform. By analyzing qualifying events and qualifying actions jointly, the disclosed technologies supply a number of contextually-relevant individual messages collected in a composite message that is delivered to the subscriber periodically. The individual messages describe ticketed performances that are relevant to the subscriber. The composite message also provides reasons for the inclusion of the individual messages in the composite message. The individual messages can be arranged within the composite message according to a layout based on a ranking of priority scores. Each priority score conveys a level of relevancy of a ticketed performance with respect to a subscriber.

  • Publication number: 20200106541
Abstract: Technology for a repeater is disclosed. The repeater can include a signal path configured to carry a signal having a selected radio frequency (RF) bandwidth on an RF carrier at a selected frequency. The signal path can include an intermediate frequency (IF) filter block operable for down-conversion of the RF carrier to an IF carrier to enable the selected RF bandwidth of the signal to be bandpass filtered at an IF filter bandwidth having an IF passband frequency range and the IF passband frequency range of the IF filter bandwidth is greater than the selected RF bandwidth. The down-conversion to the IF carrier can provide increased crossover attenuation or midband isolation of the RF carrier for the repeater.

  • Patent number: 10601794
Abstract: A processing device of a media server selects a media item to be provided to users via a satellite broadcast system, encrypts the media item using an encryption key to generate an encrypted media item, and transmits the encrypted media item to the satellite broadcast system via a first communication protocol. The processing device receives a request from a user device for authorization to decrypt the encrypted media item obtained by the user device via a direct connection with the satellite broadcast system. The request is received by the media server via a second communication protocol that is different from the first communication protocol. The processing device determines whether the user device is authorized to decrypt the encrypted media item, and transmits a key for decrypting the encrypted media item in response to the user device being authorized to decrypt the encrypted media item.

  • Patent number: 10523305
Abstract: Technology for a repeater configured to perform variable bandwidth filtering of signals is disclosed. The repeater can include a signal path for a radio frequency (RF) signal. The signal path can include a fixed-bandwidth low pass filter (LPF) operable to perform a variable bandwidth filtering of the RF signal to produce a channelized signal. The variable bandwidth filtering at the LPF can be performed by adjusting a first variable local oscillator (LO). The signal path can include a fixed-bandwidth high pass filter (HPF) operable to perform a variable bandwidth filtering of a channelized signal output from the LPF. The variable bandwidth filtering at the HPF can be performed by adjusting a second variable LO. The first variable LO and the second variable LO can be set to create a variable bandwidth that enables the repeater to perform variable bandwidth filtering of the signals.

  • Patent number: 10516678
Abstract: A server computer receives an indication of an interaction between a first user device of a first user and a second user device of a second user, where the interaction includes a message for transmission from the first user to the second user. The server computer performs a verification process on the message, including performing one or more binary checks on the message. The server computer then generates a response indicating whether the message is a legitimate message based on the verification process. When the response indicates that the message is a legitimate message, the server computer transmits the message to the second user device of the second user for display.
