  • Publication number: 20100282136
Abstract: A portable vault assembly is claimed that can provide secure on-site storage, yet may be disassembled easily for removal to a new location when desired. The portable vault includes sections that are independently portable but which feature a combined weight that makes it impossible for the secured container, or vault, to be carried. Further embodiments rely upon features of the site where the vault is assembled to create a secure space, and independent portable vaults may be co-joined to form integrated but separate storage compartments, or one large central storage bin, as desired. Anchoring options, and further theft deterrence features are also disclosed including integration to the work site environment.

  • Publication number: 20100230060
Abstract: A papermaking machine for making uncreped through air dried paper having a forming section, a press section, and a drying section is disclosed. The paper web is pressed between two press members while enclosed between a press felt and a transfer belt having non-uniformly distributed microscopic depressions in its surface. The web follows the transfer belt from the press to a transfer point at which the web is transferred via a suction transfer device onto a structuring fabric. The web is then dried with a through air dryer.

  • Patent number: 7773349
Abstract: In a CPP MR device such as a tunnel magnetoresistive (TMR) device, shoulders that have a magnetic moment that is matched to the magnetic moments of the free layer extend between the free layer and the S2 shield to provide an electrical path from one shoulder, through the shield, to the other shoulder for dissipating edge charges. Thus, a CPP MR device may include a seed stack, a pinned stack on the seed stack, and a tunnel barrier on the pinned stack. A free stack may be on the tunnel barrier, and the free stack can include a free sublayer separated from a magnetic shield and a path for dissipating edge charges in the free stack through the magnetic shield.

  • Patent number: 7768749
Abstract: In a tunnel magnetoresistive (TMR) device, free stack sublayers are separated by an intermediate spacer layer that serves to ensure a uniform circumferential magnetization in the free stack, counterbalancing orange-peel coupling by antiferromagnetic exchange coupling. On top of the upper free stack sublayer a thin upper antiferromagnetic layer may be formed to act as a hard bias layer and suppress side reading. The thickness of the upper AF layer is established to tune sensor sensitivity to external fields as well as to promote greater sensor sensitivity.

  • Publication number: 20100093606
Abstract: I have combined Vancomycin at varying concentrations in a Calcium Alginate gel and treated open chronic wounds that cultured out MRSA. The response has been remarkable in the rapid cure of the involved wound. I have arrived at a 15% level of the Vancomycin as being an effective strength. The combined gel, if refrigerated, maintains it's effectiveness over three months. Only one to two applications results in negative cultures.

  • Publication number: 20100065089
Abstract: Electrodes are conveyed edgewise along a path. The electrodes can be supported by their bottom peripheral edge and can be maintained generally vertically. A plurality of wash nozzles are positioned adjacent to the path on opposing sides thereof. Wash spray from the nozzles is directed to impinge sides of the electrode. The nozzles can be arranged linearly to form a nozzle array angled so that the wash spray impinges an upper portion prior to a bottom portion of the electrode. Separate sections for rinsing or pre-washing can be provided within a washing chamber. Used water can be collected and recycled.
