  • Patent number: 11418256
Abstract: An optical communication system includes a transmitter and at least one receiver employing a feature of an outdoor environment, or includes a transmitter and a receiver in each of multiple transceivers employing a respective or shared feature of the outdoor environment. The transmitter includes a laser emitting a beam of laser pulses having a wavelength. The transmitter encodes data into the laser pulses in the beam, and transmits the beam of laser pulses through free space of the outdoor environment and then onto a feature of the outdoor environment. Each receiver includes a line filter blocking light not having the wavelength. The receiver decodes data from the light that passes through the line filter and includes a diffusion of the beam from the feature.

  • Publication number: 20220202312
Abstract: Respiratory biofeedback-based content selection and playback includes using data obtained using one or more sensors of a mobile device running a software application to produce a respiratory data stream of a user of the software application and select content to output to the user. The respiratory data stream represents various respiratory information of the user and is processed to determine a user state of the user. Certain content is selected based on the user state and based on a defined respiratory objective of a guided session being run using the software application. Initial content previously output to the user during the guided session may then be adjusted by outputting the selected content to the user. A change in the user state resulting from the outputting of the selected content may then be used to determine a progress of the user toward achieving the defined respiratory objective of the guided session.

  • Patent number: 11368359
Abstract: A system and method for remotely monitoring and analyzing devices on a wireless network, such as a ZIGBEE® network, is disclosed. The devices store event logs in a memory device whenever certain events occurs. These event logs are transmitted to a gateway device. The gateway device may operate in standalone mode or in network coprocessor (NCP) mode. The gateway device may then decode the event logs into a human readable output. This human readable output may then be uploaded to a server in the cloud, where further analysis of the human readable output may be performed. This information may then be retrieved by remote devices, such as smart phones. In other modes, the event logs are uploaded to the server in the cloud and the decoding is performed in the cloud.

  • Patent number: 11349871
Abstract: The disclosed exemplary embodiments include computer-implemented systems, apparatuses, and processes that dynamically and securely augment a programmatically established communications session, such as a chatbot session, to include one or more additional responsive applications. For example, an apparatus may receive messaging data during a first communication session programmatically established between a device and a first executed application program, and may determine that an additional apparatus is configured to perform operations consistent with the messaging data. The apparatus may transmit a digital token and at least a portion of the messaging data to an additional apparatus. A second application executed by the additional apparatus may validate the digital token and based on the portion of the messaging data, establish a second communication session between the device and the executed first and second application programs.

  • Patent number: 11347744
Abstract: A data management device, communication system and methods for tagging data in a data table and triggering automated action. A data management device receives from a first data provider one or more records of a data table, each record comprising a plurality of fields. The data table is associated with an account having one or more authorized users. The plurality of fields each has a value set by the first data provider. The data manger determines one or more tags for the one or more records in accordance with a plurality of autotagging rules. The data manger appends the one or more records to include one or more tag fields corresponding to the one or more tags for the one or more records. The appended records are stored in a database. One or more automated actions may be triggered based on one or more tag fields of one or more of the plurality of records.
