  • Publication number: 20220062648
Abstract: Systems and methods to couple electrical contacts of a header of a medical device to respective feedthrough pins of a connector block of a medical device housing using a preformed wire are disclosed. The preformed wire can include a proximate portion comprising a number of turns shaped to engage a feedthrough pin. The number of turns of the preformed wire, once engaged with the feedthrough pin, can physically separate a major portion of the preformed wire from the connector block and the housing. The major portion of the preformed wire can be shaped to route a distal portion of the preformed wire to a first electrical contact of the header when the proximate portion of the preformed wire engages the feedthrough pin.

  • Publication number: 20180374021
Abstract: Embodiments are directed towards a platform that enables users to schedule transfers of items to store at an off-premises storage stations or to deliver items that are currently stored off-premises. The platform may be selectively offer pickup/delivery slots to users. The platform may be arranged select slots to offer to users based on job size, location, item type, transfer agent capacity, or the like. The platform may be arranged to generate distribution routes for one or more transfer agents that perform the pickup/delivery jobs. The routes may be optimized to account real-time transfer agent capacity. For example, if pickups are cancelled additional pickups may be added to a route to use the excess capacity. Likewise, if deliveries are cancelled, additional transfer agent capacity may be added to accommodate the increase volume of items.

  • Patent number: 6588535
Abstract: A vehicular frame assembly 10 having a pair of members 12, 14 which are generally parallel to the longitudinal axis of symmetry 16 of the vehicle which is constructed by use of the frame assembly 10. Each member 12, 14 is connected by use of members 11, 18, 20, 21, and 13 and has a pair of portions 22, 24 which each have a relatively tall sectional height which include an aperture 28. A unique one of the half shafts 32, 34, 36, and 38 are received within each of these apertures 28, thereby allowing the portions 22, 24 to have a relatively tall sectional height and thereby allowing the frame assembly 10 to have a lowest resonant frequency mode in excess of about fifty hertz.

  • Patent number: 6151799
Abstract: A system and method is described for processing waste citrus peel to remove oil from the peel in a highly efficient manner for subsequent processing, where the temperature of the peel is elevated, the peel is then finely fragmented to create a slurry, the solid particles are removed from the slurry and dried, and the oil is separated from the water in the slurry. The temperature of the peel is elevated by exposing the peel to steam so that minimal water is added.
