    Abstract: Universal master boards and methods of making flush door skins and doors from the universal master boards are disclosed. The universal master boards each have an expansive surface with a graphic design of at least first depressions and second depressions in at least first and second surface regions, respectively. The first depressions simulate a first wood grain pattern, and the second depressions simulate a second wood grain pattern aligned in a different direction than the simulated first wood grain pattern. The universal master boards may be cut and demarcated selectively to establish different assortments of simulated wood patterns and different ornamental features, such as stiles and rails.

In one embodiment, the video clip is a prenatal ultrasound and the customization includes specifying biographical information for the baby and selecting border and audio. In another embodiment, video clips or images are from medical devices including CAT scans, MRIs, X-Ray systems, ultrasounds or standard digital video or still image capture devices used for procedural documentation purposes. The customization includes annotating the video clips in order to share and collaborate. Video editing and sharing is typically done via an Internet appliance.

The quality control checks may identify inaccurate weather parameters or be used to rank weather data sets. The quality control checks include hourly, daily, and forecast quality control checks performed upon hourly, daily, and forecast weather parameter data. The method and system may exclude the inaccurate weather parameters identified from a reasonable weather database. The method and system may determine reasonable or approximate weather parameters that approximate the actual weather parameters. The system may rank a plurality of weather data sets based upon the accuracy determination. The reasonable weather data or the weather data ranked as the most accurate may be used to calculate energy or cost savings for building energy conservation measures.

Methods for alleviating pain comprise administrating a dose of a therapeutically effective amount of a composition to the patient wherein the dose is determined by the presence of a pain-associated marker in a biological sample obtained from the patient. Compositions for alleviating pain comprise substances that are pain-associated markers or agents that interfere with pain-associated markers, and block or modulate the progression of pain perceived by the patient.

The anaerobic formulations are dispensed into containers capable of maintaining the anaerobic condition (e.g., pressurized canisters). Dispensing the solution at the time of use exposes the formulation to air (i.e., O2) which activates its disinfectant-sterilent properties. O2 is the rate limiting component for oxidase generation of H2O2.

    Abstract: A laser and a laser probe are used in conjunction with a suture to remove a blockage in Schlemm's canal. The suture is advanced into Schlemm's canal until the suture comes into contact with tissue blocking the canal. The laser probe follows the path of suture until the laser probe is proximal to tissue blocking the canal. The laser is activated to apply pulsed laser energy to the tissue blocking the canal, thereby ablating the occluding tissue to reopen Schlemm's canal.

In yet another procedure, the Er:YAG laser is used to form a new passageway comprising a plurality of interconnected passageway segments from the exterior of the eye through the sclera to the anterior chamber to enable the drainage of the aqueous humor.

    Abstract: A highly sensitive chemiluminescent indicator system is disclosed for determining the presence or amount of an analyte in a liquid sample. The new acid optimum chemiluminescent indicator system comprises haloperoxidase (halide:hydrogen peroxide oxidoreductase), halide, oxidant and chemiluminigenic substrate. The indicator system acts as a synthesizer of highly reactive singlet molecular oxygen (.sup.1 O.sub.2), which reacts with the chemiluminigenic substrate to yield an excited state, oxidized reaction product. The excited state reaction product then relaxes to a lower energy (e.g., ground) state with the emission of measurable light in an amount related to the amount of each of the reaction participants present in a reaction solution. Known, non-rate limiting amounts of three of the reaction participants are provided in an assay solution to determine the presence or amount of the fourth participant in a test sample.
