  • Publication number: 20240093250
Abstract: The present invention relates to processes for preparing linkers that are useful in the conjugation of therapeutic molecules (e.g., cytotoxic agents) with targeting moieties (e.g., proteins, peptides, antibodies, nanoparticles, nucleic acids). During said processes lipases like lipase B from Candida antarctica were used for enantioselective resolution of (S,S)-2-benzylthiocyclohexanol or (S,S)-2-benzylthiocycloheptanol in presence of acylating agent which are reduced for deprotection to yield (S,S)-2-mercaptocyclohexanol or (S,S)-2-mercaptocyclopentanol which can then be used for linking therapeutic with targeting moieties.

  • Patent number: 11759926
Abstract: A method and a device for detecting the oil level in a hydraulic pulse unit at an impulse type power wrench, wherein the pulse unit comprises an oil filled pulse chamber, a motor driven inertia drive member, and a kinetic energy receiving member connected to an output shaft and intermittently coupled to the inertia drive member via an oil cushion to receive kinetic energy from the inertia drive member during repeated energy transfer phases. The rotation speed of the inertia drive member is measured both at the start of a pulse generating phase and at the end of that phase, wherein the two measured speeds are compared to each other, and when the speed at the end of the pulse generating phase exceeds the speed at the end of that phase by a certain percentage a faulty signal is emitted indicating a too low oil level in the pulse unit.

  • Patent number: 11642764
Abstract: An electric tool adapted to perform tightening operations where torque is delivered in pulses to tighten a screw joint. The electric tool including an electric motor drivingly connected to an output shaft. A processor and a memory storing software instructions that, when executed by the processor cause the electrical tool, retrieve a first power level parameter p1 indicating a first power level to be used for torque pulses up to a torque threshold. And retrieve a second power level parameter p2 indicating a second power level to be used for torque pulses above the torque threshold. Then control the speed of the electric motor, so that the electric tool provide torque pulses on the output shaft with the first power level p1 until the torque threshold is reached. And control the speed of the electric motor, so that the electric tool provide torque pulses on the output shaft with the second power level p2.

  • Patent number: 11607661
Abstract: System for generating syngas includes a primary reactor chamber operable to receive material, a plurality of first-stage gas pipes connected to the primary reactor chamber, and a secondary reactor chamber. The primary reactor chamber comprises a plurality of electrodes at least partially protruding into the primary reactor chamber, the electrodes operable to generate an arc capable to generate first-stage gas from breakdown of the material within the primary reactor chamber when electricity is applied to the electrodes. The secondary reactor chamber is operable to receive the first-stage gas via the first-stage gas pipes and to receive water vapor. The first-stage gas combines and interacts with the water vapor to form second-stage gas. Each of the first-stage gas pipes comprise a portion protruding into the secondary reactor chamber that together are adapted to direct the flow of first-stage gas to generate turbulence within the secondary reactor chamber.

  • Patent number: 11493137
Abstract: An iris-type diaphragm having a rear housing, a front plate, a plurality of iris blades, and a drive iris blade. The plurality of iris blades can be situated in substantially the same plane, with the iris blades being actuatable to adjust an aperture size. The drive iris blade can be in mechanical communication with an actuator and the plurality of iris blades. As the actuator displaces the drive iris blade, the drive iris blade in turn displaces the plurality of iris blades. Adjustable positioning of the iris-type diaphragm effectively tunes fluid harmonics and adjusts the signal to noise ratio, thus producing a more desirable fluid flow profile or signature.
